    I'm madhusudhan challa having customer id: 683078, registered contact no. [protected] with you. My gold ornament (Bracelet) was released to a third party by your ramnagar branch staff without my intervention and signature.

    Regarding this i raised a complaint in the month of january. Also i sent a follow up email in the month of february. But, this issue is not resolved.

    Surprisingly i'm seeing that the complaint status as "resolved" without my notice. Please resolve this issue before i proceed for further stage for justice.

    I have clearly mentioned in my complaint, the description of the ornament on which my dispute is "Bracelet". I once again request you to go through the description. Because I never pledged more than one bracelet in your branch. I hope you will genuinely understand my concern and do the needful. Else I have no option other than knocking the doors of consumer court for justice.

However, we have communicated customer vide letter dated November 16, 2021 to visit our branch for resolving the complaint amicably within a week from the date of receipt of our communication but customer has not visited the same & we haven’t received any further communication from customer.       Dear sir,

      I have a gold loan account with your company my loan account no is fedmem0gl1082334amt:51500/-) loan in fedbank. My interest amount regular paid by me as well as in corona pendemic period i paid my all dues on time. But i m totally disappointed with your services due to unathical payment collected from your branch staff and still no any proper reply given by branch.
      My one loan taken by me on 01/01/2020 a/c no is fedmem0gl1082334 and other loan taken on 05/12/20 a/c no i was paid interest regularaly in account but branch staff by mistake paid in fedbank gl a/c thats why my account gone to be jumping interest still branch staff not informed me for this issue and when i was paid next dues in march/20 inerest at that time also staff do not inform me and taken same as a regular interest and paid in same account. This unathical activity continue from last 3 months but branch staff do not informed me about this. Right now my total interest 4000/- in gl a/c... Shown with jumping interest and i dont know about it. Branch staff made me fool and collected regular interest and paid in my account so why i m pay extra jumping inerest in this account??

      Please do needful for this issue.in this all metter no any information given to me by branch and this extra interest shown in system. I hope u will look in this case seriously and resolve ths issue

        I have a gold loan account with your company my loan account no is fedvar0gl1075026 (Amt:676000/-) and frdvar0gl1056882 (Amt:548500/-) and my total pos of 12 lacs loan in fedbank.             I have raised a request asking to provide the fore closure letter and list if documents on the 27th of feb 2020, they said me they will resolve it in a week to 10 days, but it's been a month and i have not received any response yet, the customer care number is useless they would not pick up the call, i am getting plain responses from the emails i send...               Iam having 3 gold loan accounts with fedbank eluru branch (Code 3083), on 03.01.2020 i have done loan partpayment through online mode (Fedbank quick pay portal). After i approached to branch for release, branch staff said that partpayment amount not credited to your loan account, after i enquired about this transaction, actually same day amount credited to fedbank ho account.                     I got call from rajkumar porur branch incharge and had a meeting with him and murali.
                    They both promised to withdraw the loan that is sanctioned for me and return the emi and insuance and give a closure letter.
                    With this note i get back my complaint.
                    But if in case any problem again created by them will lead to legal issues and the higher authorities please note this complaint and support me to get back my problem solved

                      I am i. Salahudeen residing in n0.19/37 vinayager koil st, ayyavu colony, aminjikarai, chennai-600029.
                      I have availed mortgage loan in fedbank financial services ltd

                      Loan type: mortgage loan
                      Agreement date:01/03/2017
                      Loan amount: 30, 00, 000 inr
                      Agreement date:28/02/2018
                      Loan amount: 20, 00, 000 inr

                      I had settled the dues to the bank by way of selling my property, i am yet to register the property to the buyer. The buyer is very upset and is prepared to file complaint against me for not registering the property in his name.
                      I have fully paid the amount due to bank and also received noc for the above loans

                      But inspite of repeated contacts with the bank they still have not cancelled the modt. I am unable to register it to the buyer because modt is not yet cancelled.

                      I request you to please support in getting the modt cancelled.

                      Further i had applied for separate mortgage loan with the same bank for a different property and also received a sanction letter for the loan and i had signed the loan documents and ecs mandate before registration of the proposed purchasing property. But due to family issues i am unable to purchase the property. Fed bank has only issued sanction letter and taken documentation for the loan before registration of the property. And no amount was transferred to my account, but they have initiated the ecs mandate for emi for unavailed loan amount. After intimating fed bank to cancel the loan they are demanding for a payment of rs 3, 00, 000/- lakhs to
                      Cancel the sanctioned loan. I have paid the amount but still the loan is not cancelled. The 1st emi of 70500 was debited from my account and i already have paid a processing fee of rs 5900+17000.
                      I get continuous call that i have loan in fedbank. Iam mentally disturbed.
                      I request you to give me the loan closed letter or rejected letter and stop the emi generation from my account and get back my 1st emi amount.
                      If this is not done i will take legal action on the fedbank and rajikumar the porur branch manager.

                        Loan amount: 20, 00, 000 inr

                        I had settled the dues to the bank by way of selling my property.
                        I have fully paid the amount due to bank and also received noc for the above loans.

                        Further i had applied for separate mortgage loan with the same bank for a different property and also received a sanction letter for the loan and i had signed the loan documents and ecs mandate before registration of the proposed purchasing property. But due to family issues i am unable to purchase the property. Fed bank has only issued sanction letter and taken documentation for the loan before registration of the property. And no amount was transferred to my account, but they have initiated the ecs mandate for emi for unavailed loan amount. After intimating fed bank to cancel the loan they are demanding for a payment of rs 3, 00, 000/- lakhs to
                        Cancel the sanctioned loan. I already have paid a processing fee of rs 5900+17000.
                        Ihave paid all the dues for the cancellation of the loan.
                        But inspite of repeated contacts with the bank they still my loan is live and iam getting call from the bank.
                        I request you to please support in getting the loan cancelled and get back my cancellation certificate.
                        I request you to kindly help me to sort out the above issues.

                          Respected sir/madam

                          I availed two mortgage loans from fed bank financial services ltd chennai branch through loan a/c no fedpdrstl0477436 amount rs.12.40 lacs (Emi vintage 13 months), & a/c no fedpdistl0434629, rs30, 00, 000 /- (Vintage 24 months). I requested them for pre closure last one month back since i planned to sell my property. But still there is no response from institution end, i requested precloure on 26/4/2019 through a formal letter, i didn't get any response towards it, so sent a complaint letter on 2/7/19 and 11/7/19, received a call from mr. Rajkumar, manager, he was keep on questioning me about the reasons for closure, explained that i am not happy with the service nor with the interest rate and need closure letter, approached another bank and got the sanctioned letter for low interest, he demanded the sanitioned loan letter from another bank, i was forced to submit the same, he asked me to wait for two more days on 17/7/19 i received a conference call from delhi, where a person was talking with me in hindi, since i don't know the language i am unable to follow them eventually ended the call without any solution to my problem.

                          Again on 19/7/19 i went and spoke with the manager mr. Rajkumar he informed me that precloure requires minimum of15 days time and asked me to come on 24/7/19, i called on 24/7/19 around 10am and enquired about the status to mr. Raj kumar, asked me to come after 5 pm to office, when i went and asked him he redirected me to mr. Mani credit manager, mr. Mani after 8pm again asked me to contact me. Rajkumar, he in turn asked me to wait for another 2 days, since i refused to wait, mr. Raj kumar started yelling at me in a loud voice in tamil stating. ""unnala mudinchatha parthuko ennalla closing letter tharamudiyachu"" and asked me to go out from office around 9.30 pm, i was literally shocked and embarrassed by his attitude, is this a way to treat a customer?

                          On 25/7/19 i was again asked to submit the sanctioned order which was given by another bank through what s app messages from mr. Mani credit manager, still now i have not received the closure letter

                          I am already undergoing medical meditation and this is creating depression in me, i am seriously fed off by the disgusting service of fed bank financial services.

                          Please take my compliant seriously and kindly help to get fore closure from fed bank financial services ltd for my said loans.

                            I would like to write you about my problem as below
                            1. I was approached by true finance company (Delhi based) for loan transfer from hsbc to federal bank at lower interest rates (July month)
                            2. True finance is having tie up with you fedfina company so your executive and true finance executive was in constant touch with me for loan
                            3. Loan amount was high more than 85 lac so i was told that true finance company will reimburse my processing fees post loan disbursement.
                            4. I was sanctioned loan and disbursed amount as per below details (25th aug'18)

                            5. During loan disbursement process i paid 13500/= processing fees
                            6. Now your linked company true finance refused to pay and giving false commitment.
                            7. Initially i was told entire amount will be paid but now communication by executive is that they can pay only 5000/= that too by their executive only (From her salary)
                            8 i am following it from last 2 months but every other day they are giving excuse

                                  The branch staff are telling us they are going for auction of our ornaments. When there is a litigation going on, How they can go for auction of the ornaments?                                   Please find below the mail recd from Fed Bank:

                                  We acknowledge receipt of your mail of even date and timed 16:51. At the outset we deny all your allegations which seem to be raised with ulterior motives. All your statements in your mails are denied except those specifically admitted by us in the following paragraphs.

                                  1. Two Gold Loan accounts are outstanding in your name in our Chennai Ambattur branch under Account numbers FEDATO0GL0297312 dated[protected] and FEDATO0GL0297425 dated[protected] with loan amounts Rs.4, 75, 800/- and Rs.91, 000/- respectively.

                                  2. These Gold Loans have been granted to you under terms and conditions agreed by you in writing at the time of availing those loans.

                                  3. All the details of the loans and those of the ornaments pledged and also the terms and conditions of the loans have been furnished to you in the Gold Pledge Cards (GPCs) given to you at the time of availing those loans.

                                  4. You have approached the branch with those GPCs recently to enquire about the loans which clearly shows that you have been holding these GPCs from the time of pledging the ornaments.

                                  5. As per terms agreed by you the rate of interest for those Gold Loans was 19% per annum with condition that if you failed to pay the periodical interest in time, the Interest Rate would be revised to 24% per annum.

                                  6. You had defaulted servicing the periodical interest and hence the Rate of Interest increased from 19% to 24% as per the agreed terms

                                  7. As per agreed term, In case of fall in gold prices, the Company reserves the right to recall the loan along with interest and charges applicable for the said loan even before completion of tenor, accordingly Margin breach notices for captioned accounts were served to you in the month of March 2017.

                                  8. The agreed tenure of those two loans had expired on 24-06-7 and 25-06-17 respectively and the loan accounts were not settled by you, we had served you demand notices and auction notices and included those two accounts in the paper publication for auction.

                                  9. You had approached the branch asking for waiver of interest on these loans which obviously could not be allowed.

                                  10. You had then threatened the branch staff that you will put them and the Company in serious trouble if your request for waiver is not allowed.

                                  11. We deny your allegation that some forgery has been done on your loan documents. This is evident from the fact that the terms and conditions contained in the GPCs held by you are agreed and signed by you therein. It seems that you have concocted a forgery story now with ulterior motives. You had not raised any complaint on such issues during the last one year and until you raised demand for waiver of interest and it was declined.

                                  12. We also deny your charge that our officials are harassing you. We have only intimated our stand in response to your complaint in decent language.

                                  13. On the other hand, our officials are facing threatening and harassment from your side that unless we accede to your requests our officials would face serious consequences and would be implicated in criminal cases.

                                  14. You have been raising wild allegations to pressurize the Company illegally to achieve your ulterior motives. This will not do any good for you nor for the Company.

                                  15. Under these circumstances, we would advise you to stop the unhealthy and illegal practice of making false claims and trying to extract ineligible concessions through such coercive methods.

                                  We hope good counsel will prevail upon you and you will withdraw your frivolous complaints and settle your loan accounts without complicating the issues still worse, which will not be in the best interests of you also. We need to specify here that if you pull us into unnecessary hurdles you will be held responsible for all the costs and consequences thereto.

                                    I am having the subject gold loan with your porur, chennai branch from 02.03.2017 for the amount of rs. 23, 800.

                                    March 2017 month interest amount i have paid through your quick pay online payment mode and the same way i have done the april ’17 interest amount rs. 285 payment after verification with branch (044 –[protected] on 29.04.14.

                                    After that l have not received any information from your branch and last saturday (06.05.17) i have received the amount from your end in my account. After that i have called immediately for enquiry and i have informed about the payment failure but i have not received any proper response and i called 3 times but they confirmed every time like “ you may call after half an hour).

                                    Today also morning i called at 9.58 am and they told me “you pls call after some time”. Again i called at 11.02 am and have a discussion with branch manager and executive around 18 minutes. But they have asked to pay rs. 750 instead of rs.285 due to due to date crossed. Please confirm why i have to pay extra when i paid the interest on 29.04.17 even my due date is 02.05.17!!!. Last 3 times also i have same experience and i have made the extra payment. But this time i can’t able to make the extra payment because i have don’t my payment on timely and which was failed due to your server system issue.

                                    Now also i ready to make the payment but i have requested to them to do not charge the roi.. Please enquire about my cause and confirm to make the payment in same roi. Also advise your branch to respond the customer in proper way if i went to branch for service they have taken minimum ½ hour time to process. Request your immediate action and help
