[Resolved]  Fedbank Financial Services — Ramnagar branch staff has released my gold without my sign or knowledge to a 3rd person

I'm madhusudhan challa having customer id: 683078, registered contact no. [protected] with you. My gold ornament (Bracelet) was released to a third party by your ramnagar branch staff without my intervention and signature.

Regarding this i raised a complaint in the month of january. Also i sent a follow up email in the month of february. But, this issue is not resolved.

Surprisingly i'm seeing that the complaint status as "resolved" without my notice. Please resolve this issue before i proceed for further stage for justice.

I have clearly mentioned in my complaint, the description of the ornament on which my dispute is "Bracelet". I once again request you to go through the description. Because I never pledged more than one bracelet in your branch. I hope you will genuinely understand my concern and do the needful. Else I have no option other than knocking the doors of consumer court for justice.

As of now I'm unable to give you the exact loan a/c no. But, out of the below mentioned 3 loan a/c no's whose ornament description is Bracelet, I have dispute on that.

This is the second day, even after providing the loan a/c no. I haven't received any call or email reply from your end.

I can't visit your branch as of now as I'm in quarantine. Please reply back with a resolution.

This is in reference to the captioned complaint posted by Madhusudhan Challa, we wish to inform that our officials tried reaching customer Mr. Madhusudhan Challa but are unable to get through. However, we have communicated customer vide letter dated November 16, 2021 to visit our branch for resolving the complaint amicably within a week from the date of receipt of our communication but customer has not visited the same & we haven’t received any further communication from customer. Therefore, we are treating the complaint as closed in our records. Please find the attached copy of communication for kind reference.

We trust the above clarifies the position in the matter and request your good office to close the complaint in records.

Even after providing you the loan a/c number details on 8/7/2020 so far there is no reply/resolution from your end. Do the needful immediately.
