I'm madhusudhan challa having customer id: 683078, registered contact no. [protected] with you. My gold ornament (Bracelet) was released to a third party by your ramnagar branch staff without my intervention and signature. Regarding this i raised a complaint in the month of january. Also i sent a follow up email in the month of february. But, this issue is not resolved. Surprisingly i'm seeing that the complaint status as "resolved" without my notice. However, we have communicated customer vide letter dated November 16, 2021 to visit our branch for resolving the complaint amicably within a week from the date of receipt of our communication but customer has not visited the same & we haven’t received any further communication from customer.
