Sir, I would like to invite your kind attention in Kerala, Federal bank. Federal bank is charging extra amount of Rs 25 other than school fees Of Alphonsa Residential School, Bharananganam, kerala from parents those dont have an account with federal bank Fees amount is 4800 But parents are compelled to pay 25 rs more. ( attaching the slip ) Which Is not an ethical way of business by compelling the parents have to pay Rs 25 extra charges other than fees. Fees amount is Rs 7900 But parents are compelled to pay 25 rs more. ( attaching the slip ) As I believe online the Indian Consumer complaints will stand for the customers as well, so I conveyed my complaint aganist Federal bank's financial loot.
