I receive food delivery (approximately 30pounds) every tuesday. Since beginning ref 1 has requested package to back/side door. Carport. As there is no Sunshine there. However like clockwork every Tuesday it sits at my front door in the sun and heat. Are they incapable of reading or just don’t care? Either way FedEx is the only option I’m allowed for this package or i would have changed it initially due to plenty warnings about drivers not being considerate of packages. If its not remedied I’m putting nails where they park truck.

          Dear sir, I have submitted all the forms required for kyc, but I haven't gotten a response if the kyc documents were in order. Every time I track my package it says 1.A specialized form/statement is required for clearance from the recipient, but I haven't gotten any mail about missing documents.

          What does it mean and what am I supposed to do ?

          Do I need to give more documents for the clearance? Let me know if i have to do something for that. Does this happen every time

            Dear sir,

            I'm from INDO-MIM PVT LTD, we made a phone call and booked export shipment under customer FedEx account, FedEx allows Delhivery to collect.
            They collected on 17 aug 2022, and handovered to FedEx office in Hyderabad on 25th August, there after their is no information about the shipment

            FedEx people didn't investigating properly

              Package stuck at Customs from last 10 days!!!!!!

              I ordered something from Florida to Gurgaon. The package was received by the Fedex Delhi on 29th of August and after that I was asked to submit documents for KYC purposes on custom clearance. I submitted the documents on 31st of August but was told asked ro resubmit due to some error in format of the letter. i submitted the letter again on 1 st of September and the next day I received a confirmation that my documents have been successfully...

                My package arrived from the US on 25th August. Since then it has been stuck in Bangalore customs. It has been more than a week, even though standard clearance time is said to be 24 - 48 hours. On the FedEx site, it says clearance delay. On the ECCS site, it says CBE not filed.

                I have called the customer support team but they just say to wait a little longer. The package is a wedding ring for my husband and the ceremony is in 10 days. I submitted all the required documents the day they asked me for it.

                Requesting you to look into it and release the package at the earliest. Would like some communication from the FedEx team on the exact status. My AWB number is[protected]

                    I had arranged a courier from Pune to United Kingdom through my vet doctor for my pet's titre test containing his blood sample.

                        Respected Sir,

                        After several successful hurdles of KYC compliance we are waiting for the delivery of goods with since the 22nd Aug 22 is lying at FEDEX Bhiwandi godown in Mumbai, the customer care representative - Associate Ms.Sushila Rane just provides us false promises that the goods will be delivered but, till date nothing has been delivered yet. Even after suggesting that we will self collect the shipment and her confirmation for the same we have not received the address for self collection neither has the goods been delivered to us. Our supplier in Italy choose FEDEX as they have an account with FEDEX but its seem that India FEDEX team is not bothered about the reputation of the same.

                        Our shipment is important for us and its been over 20 days now, what do we do and whom do we approach now?

                        Kindly look into the matter and advice.

                              I have had a parcel coming from hongkong to bangalore, which reached India on 18th of August 2022 through FedEx. I was asked to submit my kyc related documents. Since the shipper has interchanged the address and consignee name, I was asked to submit a declaration regarding the amendment in the consignee name and shipping address. Since the address was o[censored]niversity's I was also asked to submit a declaration in the letter head for the same since the order was for my personal use (individual) and not for any commercial use by the university. I was asked to submit a govt id, gst certificate o[censored]niversity which i uploaded. Inspite of all this, my docs are being rejected everytime. Each customer suppprt person has no idea what is wrong and thus has their own set of rules. The new mail says that the docs are approved but still not accepted because it is incomplete/ not acc to the custom norms. I have resubmitted the documents n number of times and yet my parcel is still stuck at the customs because the kyc unit is not clear about their rules. Even if the error is from their side, i have been asked to pay demurrage charges. What nonsense is this??
