Delay in delivery and response from FedEx

AWB NO[protected], tracking showing goods subject to regulatory review since 3.7.20 . I called once to fedex customer and they replied Xray scanning is going on for the package and will be released in 48 hours, its more than 17 days now. For all these days i have to bear warehouse charges additionally.edaa
Horrible customer care, call waiting more than 40 mins and finally disconnects . No one reply for the email. Really frustrated...

fedex - goods are subject to regulatory review - international priority package - customs delay.

Fedex - international priority package[protected].

First they stated custom delay, i had already submitted kyc pan card but they later asked for kyc with address.
I submitted aadhar card with difficulty, because their calls don't go through & their website did not allow to submit the kyc again (Needs reference number)
On 15/07 at 5 pm they received message from customs for invoice.

Specialized form

There's a delay in shipment. Fedex doesn't pickup calls on any of their numbers.

No clear instructions on how and where to send that kyc documents.

Pathetic service...

Were supposed to be delivered on 22nd june.
Its been about 20 days and fedex is not responding at all.
They are asking me to pick up my parcels from guwahati which is a totally different state from the original destination of my parcel mizoram. It is not possible to pick up my parcels from guwahati because i live in another state.
They keep giving excuses...

Beer consignments

Submitting KYC Documents

I have been having such a nightmare with trying to get my package released from FedEx. The contact number they have provided just says 'your call is being forwarded to another number' and then gets cut off[protected]

Delivery with KYC Documents

I ordered a package from the USA. I am an NRI and live in India with my family, FedEx requested KYC documents which I uploaded multiple times and EVERY time they have been rejected.
The service from FedEx is by far the WORST customer experience I have ever experienced. I am a business owner and have ordered multiple products from abroad, this is the first time I have used FedEx and they do not provide any valid reason for the rejection....

I have received a call from fedex bangalore clearance team on 29jun2020 that there was a query against my shipment vide #[protected] and requested to provide a value proof documentation for the same.

I have forwarded the documentation that i have the same day, since then there was no movement in the status despite the email states to allow 48-72 hours for clearance once the documents were received.

It reached Bengaluru on Sunday, 28th June 2020. Since Wednesday, the status of the parcel is "Goods are subject to regulatory review."

I was asked to upload kyc docs for customs and did so. Even after 5 days, i get this message "a specialized form/statement is required for clearance from recipient.
Recommended action: please call fedex customer service"

I have been trying to get in touch with fedex for the last 5 days. I have tried calling, emailing, chatting and have been getting no response whatsoever....
