Why am i getting the following message?
I have submitted kyc and this is an import for personal use!

It was supposed to be delivered today, as per the shipping fees i have paid to fedex.

Goods are subject to regulatory review.
No scheduled delivery date available at this time.

    [protected] is my id. I have submitted the xerox of my documents, i currently dont have my originals. But i have submitted the photocopy of xerox. It still shows pending. Pls send the courier, im in urgent need of it.

      I am extremely disappointed with fedex courier service. A package was shipped to me in kerala on 13/7/2020 and i havent received it till today (28/7/2020). I have tried to call customer care but no one answers. Finally i wrote to [protected]@fedex.com and got a reply that they’re investigating. I wrote to them twice and each time they replied they’re investigating. Whenever they reply, the package moves one more step closer to delivery. Am i expected to keep emailing at every stage?! The original delivery date promised was 21/7/2020. It then got a revised scheduled delivery date of 24/7/2020 & after another email correspondence the scheduled delivery date became 27/7/2020 & that date has been missed too!! I dont know how many more stages are left before the parcel reaches my hands but its already two weeks since the parcel was sent and this kind of service is worse than snail mail! Parcels sent after 13/7/2020 through a different service has been delivered to me! Yet the shipment through fedex is still not arrived! Can someone address my issue urgently as i cannot accept any more delays!!

          My shipment with tracking number[protected] had encountered custom clearance delay. I have completed the necessary documentation and received the email too from fedex that the consignee's documentation is complete. But shippers documentation is pending. I have contacted the shipper personally and found that fedex personnel havent reached out to them for any assistance concerning clearance. Its been a week since theres no update for my shipment. My contact attempts to custom care are in vain, as my emails dont get replied even. This is absolutely irresponsible behavior of fedex personnel. Fedex being one of the premier couriers, such stuff isnt expected from it. Im urgent need of my shipment. Despite sharing all the documentation and coordinating with the shipper, who has also mailed fedex regarding processing of clearance, there is no response. I am being informed that shipper documentation is incomplete & vice versa. I urge fedex to get my shipment delivered asap.

              Its been 1 week since my shipment reached bangalore. Kyc documents gave already been provided on 19/7/2020. There has been no status change and my parcel is still awaiting clearance. The initial eta for delivery was 21/7/2020. But now there’s no delivery even scheduled as its still waiting for customs clearance! I dont have a clear picture of what is happening at fedex side and no one even answers calls!!

              At the moment it shows scheduled delivery by 8pm on 24/7/2020. But its still in Bangalore. There is no updated delivery date. Its already a week late. Awb no[protected]

              Our AWB #[protected] has been stuck in customs for more than over a month now.

              People prefer FedEX for quick delivery and they say that they can not give any timeline further we can not contact the relevant person and have to deal with annoying call centre executives who are to be explained the matter again and again and who have typical scripted answers.

              I read about FEDEX in MBA and had a high regard for their supply chain however now I feel that they are hopeless and lack empathy towards customers.

              Fed EX - is good for nothing and I strongly suggest that people should prefer small Indian Courier companies over them.

                Myself keyur from ahmedabad. I have purchased mi smart tv which will be delivered by fedex with tracking number[protected].

                I don't know any reason but my delivery was delayed. Earlier my delivery date was shown as 24.07.2020 but now surprisely date changed to 27.07.2020.

                How can we expect such mismanagement from standard company like fedex???

                We required this product before weekend but it is deleyed because of mismanagement of fedex.

                Plz look into it this matter and make availability of my parcel as per scheduled date 24.07.2020.

                  I have been using dhl for international shipments but whenever my shipment is carried by fedex there is a lot of trouble involved from kyc submission again and agin to getting stuck at custom. I have never had a smooth experience like dhl with them. Very very poor service

                    AWB NO[protected], tracking showing goods subject to regulatory review since 3.7.20 . I called once to fedex customer and they replied Xray scanning is going on for the package and will be released in 48 hours, its more than 17 days now. For all these days i have to bear warehouse charges additionally.edaa
                    Horrible customer care, call waiting more than 40 mins and finally disconnects . No one reply for the email. Really frustrated with services of FedEx

                    I have learnt from Fedex CC that there is a huge backlog which is causing clearance delays. Despite escalation to leadership, nothing turned out to be fruitful. Fingers crossed and wish for a speedy clearance.

                      First they stated custom delay, i had already submitted kyc pan card but they later asked for kyc with address.
                      I submitted aadhar card with difficulty, because their calls don't go through & their website did not allow to submit the kyc again (Needs reference number)

                          Just now I received an invoice copy .. The duty payment is Rs. 48793.. I want to know the reason why the duty payment is so high ..??? and the consignment started from march -2020 and i have submitted all the kyc documents to customs through mail and link .. and i have contacted your concerned person he won't pick my call and then have contacted customer care also but its not connected .. The Fedex team won't give a proper response .. all the mistakes made by your team then why should i need to pay this much amount ???? the duty payment is higher than the price of the imported item ..

                          Almost 5 months I have sent many emails and calls not given proper response, everyday I try to contact your customercare number .. Why are you putting warehouse amounts so high ?? Really I feel very bad. I'm not satisfied with your service .. please i request you to solve the problem and reduce duty payment

                                  Were supposed to be delivered on 22nd june.
                                  Its been about 20 days and fedex is not responding at all.
                                  They are asking me to pick up my parcels from guwahati which is a totally different state from the original destination of my parcel mizoram. It is not possible to pick up my parcels from guwahati because i live in another state.
                                  They keep giving excuses about total lockdown in mizoram, but lockdown was lifted since many days ago.
                                  They refuse to pick up calls and not taking responsibility for my missing parcels.
                                  They gave me invalid phone number to call for inquiry about my parcels. I have been calling them for the past 10 days..
