My parcel was shipped on 30th may and was supposed to be delivered on 5th june, 2020 but since it arrived in india is stuck at delhi customs.
I cleared all the kyc documents right when i was contacted. Its been more than 2 weeks that i am struggling to find the status of my shipment.
After contacting customer care with a lot of efforts i get one standard reply that they have raised some investigation request, request for prioritized clearance, etc. But nothing really happens.
Moreover without my consent it is displayed in the order status that "customer has requested non express clearance" when no such request was made by me.in fact, my parcel was shipped via international priority! I have been following up since no information available since 3rd june.
Since i had ordered artificial jewellery for a particular event/function it will be useless if i don't get it in time. Chose fedex for the timely delivery. But exactly opposite of it i am experiencing.
I understand that due to covid-19 it is difficult, but there is a limit to how much one can understand especially in absence of any clear information.
Atleast provide some information as to by when i will get my package, so that i can plan for an alternative incase i am not getting them on time. Think of the inconvenience caused to me due to the lack of transparency.
