My shipment is international priority shipment and is already past the delivery date, it was coming from usa it is not acceptable

Its been under regulatory review since days, when will i be getting the shipment its really irritating

    Hi,
    My Tracking Number for Fedex International Priority is[protected].

    It reached Bengaluru on Sunday, 28th June 2020. Since Wednesday, the status of the parcel is "Goods are subject to regulatory review."

    All the documentation, KYC is completed and still there is no update on the status of my package.

    Please let me know when and how I can get my package.

    I have called Fedex customer care numerous times.
    First of all you guys do not pick it up. Even If you do, I have been put on hold for 20 minutes. Then also everyone comes up with a different story
    Bengaluru Customs is taking time, backlog, system not working.

    All these reasons are a lie. I called numerous Customs Broker in Bengaluru with said that parcels are getting cleared. There is backlog in Cargo but not in parcels. so I do not understand a package with contents of $145 originating from US, why is that getting delayed

      fedex 1. a specialized form/statement is required for clearance from recipient.

      Dear sir,

      I have submitted all the forms required for kyc (Know your customer), still my shipment status is 1. A specialized form/statement is required for clearance from recipient.

      What does this mean?

      Tracking number is[protected].
      It is coming from singapore. Do i need to give more documents for the clearance. Let me know if i have to do something for that. Does this happen every time?br...

      I was asked to upload kyc docs for customs and did so. Even after 5 days, i get this message "a specialized form/statement is required for clearance from recipient.
      Recommended action: please call fedex customer service"

      I have been trying to get in touch with fedex for the last 5 days. I have tried calling, emailing, chatting and have been getting no response whatsoever.
      FedEx customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

        KYC submission issue

        My awb number is[protected]. I have visited to kyc. Fedex.com for kyc submission but when submitting kyc documents i have selected others option instead of individual and clicked on submit, i did not upload any documents yet but still portal is showing your kyc is under process.           Shipped this shipment through fedex international priority to goa, india on june 20th 2020
          The content is a led light.

          The shipment has been stuck in delhi for more than 8 days now.

          The recipient has already contacted fedex and submitted required documents (Kyc form) and also got a confirmation email of the documents received by fedex on june 26th 2020, but the package hasn't still cleared.
          I have tried calling the fedex customer care at least a 126 times but every time i found the line busy.
          I have written to them by email but no reply till date.

          This is the message that is displayed in the tracking forum:
          Goods are subject to regulatory review.
          Recommended action: no action required at this time.
          Reason for delay:a specialized form/statement is required for clearance from recipient.
          Recommended action:please call fedex customer service.

              I have learned from the fedex tracking that commercial invoice is incomplete and shipper or importer must provide a complete commercial invoice

                Sir actually i ordered a product from usa but i haven’t got the product because the shipper named me as punith jain instead of punith kumar. M as per govt id. When i asked the shipper to send me a revised invoice he said that he is unable to send me an invoice because the product has been shipped. And they have send the product for company purpose instead its for individual purpose. So what can i do now? It’s been hold by the customs

                  Package arrived hyderabad on june 22nd, kyc document submitted. Trying to reach customer service for status at[protected] and [protected] its says forwarding to a number, after sometime the airtel customer not answering the phone
                  Sometime call will be declined. Till now on both numbers no one pickup the call.
                  If you cant service why provider customer service and give those numbers?

                      My shipment came on 16.06.20, i called customer care where i was asked to submit KYC documents, which was submitted on 17.06.20. After that they are continuously rejecting the KYC despite uploading the proper and required documents more than 7 times.
                      I got a call on 22.06.20 from KYC team and once again the documents were uploaded as guided by the caller.
                      Today we went to Fedex office in Courier Terminal, New Delhi Airport and again submitted the documents as guided by them, to the surprise the documents again got rejected for the reason best known to fedex.
                      Please clearly tell us what do you want, as the shipment is very urgently required.

                            My shipment bearing awb[protected] was custom cleared under wrong hsc despite correct hsc[protected] mentioned on invoice resulting in higher custom duty.

                            On knowing this i immediately raised complaint having number [protected] over phone on 18/06/20 regarding the same however no response was received as of now.

                            Then i also emailed at [protected]@fedex.com on 20/06/20 regarding the same but no response came until now.

                            Please resolve the issue asap as i have not taken delivery of the shipment due to high import charges.

                                My parcel was shipped on 30th may and was supposed to be delivered on 5th june, 2020 but since it arrived in india is stuck at delhi customs.
                                I cleared all the kyc documents right when i was contacted. Its been more than 2 weeks that i am struggling to find the status of my shipment.

                                After contacting customer care with a lot of efforts i get one standard reply that they have raised some investigation request, request for prioritized clearance, etc. But nothing really happens.

                                Moreover without my consent it is displayed in the order status that "customer has requested non express clearance" when no such request was made by me.in fact, my parcel was shipped via international priority! I have been following up since no information available since 3rd june.

                                Since i had ordered artificial jewellery for a particular event/function it will be useless if i don't get it in time. Chose fedex for the timely delivery. But exactly opposite of it i am experiencing.
                                I understand that due to covid-19 it is difficult, but there is a limit to how much one can understand especially in absence of any clear information.

                                Atleast provide some information as to by when i will get my package, so that i can plan for an alternative incase i am not getting them on time. Think of the inconvenience caused to me due to the lack of transparency.

                                This is sonia Narayan, wife of balaswamy pudhota. We have sent a courier on 30th dec, 2021 on my husband's name, balaswamy pudhota from Hyderabad to Sydney, tracking number of which is[protected]. It's been 1.5 months since we sent our courier but it got stuck in Delhi. When contacted through email, the reply I got was:
                                Dear Sir,

                                Shipment has been detained by Customs for (JA) Jewellers Appraiser examination, which is a mandatory Customs requirement, the availability of Jewellers Appraiser . The clearance of shipment will be subject to report submitted by JA to Customs.

                                We will update to you accordingly once the Exam was done.

                                Then i got another mail saying:

                                Dear Sir,

                                File return with objection CTH 7117, ITEM NOT PRESENTED BEFORE CLARIFY THE MONTH.

                                I didn't understand the second mail. When I emailed them again and again, they are not responding at all. It still didn't reach Sydney. The guy through whom we sent the courier is also not responding the calls. I request you to kindly look into this matter and do the needful as soon as possible. Thanking you.

                                  First time fedex held my parcel for months. at that time i was thinking that was ok bcoz there was something that they can't fix. but now again second time there is a same problem of clearance.
                                  why fedex do this all time i just don't understand. now i have clear my mind set that don't use fedex ever.

                                  If they require some documents than mail me fast. every time you have to delay on the name of "Clearance delay bcoz instructions from the importer are required". than mail me i'll complete my documents.
