I like Fenesta Windows and Doors. They sell high quality UPVC Windows & Doors. I would like to say all the people going to buy Fenesta windows to be really happy of the way they handle the contract. These guys to start with are a trustable lot. I need not to follow up with them they do all the work in time. I am very happy with Fenesta Windows services. I have brought lots of windows and doors from Fenesta for my new hotel in Mumbai. Excellent service from start to finish from the initial enquiry through to installation. Knowledgeable sales consultant and quality product. Our 6 panel windows are effortlessly smooth as stated in their sales literature. We received an excellent sales service and paid up front with no issues. We even received a call to confirm a timely delivery. The windows arrived on the day as promised and the installation took place as scheduled. The windows look fantastic and are the centre piece of our new extension. We would love to recommend Fenesta to our friends and family.

In the past year I have installed Fenesta casement windows in my living room. Really it has improved the complete aesthetics of my living room. So far my experience has not been that good, am surprised at the poor salesmanship for such an expensive product. I like the wood finish windows, they look very good, but am not happy with the their sales at all, in my experience so far I can say they don't seem interested in the sale at all, makes me wonder what the after sales will be like. The display windows in the showroom they took me to at Tardeo where dirty and there was a dead fly and dirt in the tracks. They had not bothered to clean it. The showroom had its shutter down at 1. p.m. the salesman had to unlock it and open it.

I would like to let you know how pleased I am with the service provided by Fenesta Building Systems. The UPVC windows have been fitted in my home and I'm more than happy with it. I'm going to order another set o[censored]PVC windows in the next couple of months. I will strongly recommend UPVC windows of Fenesta to my friends and family.

I manish mehta had place order to one stop solutions in kolkata dealer for 4 windows.
While delivering the materials their transporter along with dealer person has broken the ceiling light which carrying 9 ft material of fenesta by one man and not only this he has also damage the main gate of 1st floor which was commercial.
Now they are not going to install the same our 4 windows.
We request fenesta technical person mr.vivek raj in kolkata for this matter.
But he is unable to give positive reply.
Sales and technical team of dealer are not responding.
We have made full payment of 4 windows.
Now installation payment is lying pending wirh us for which we had advise to replace the damage ceiling light and repairing of nain gate of first floor.
In which they are not replying rhe same and none of any person from fenesta or dealer is picking mobile.
We was called two days back by the dealer reresentative that they will pay for damage only rs.2000 where as damage cost around comes for rs.5000.
We had copy of delivery challan in which we had mention damage setails and also taken signed drom their person who has damage the sane
Now we request fenesta top management to install first our four windows and paid damage payment so that we can give ibatallation chaeges.
Further we would like to indorm you that dealer should terminate from their distributorship along with mr.vivek raj of fenesta who are blindly support to dealer.
