I ordered two cots with Saraf furniture last month and after few calls they delivered one cot last week, The cot was defective, i immediatley called the showroom and told them and then he asked me to send a mail.i sent a mail with the pictures

We have paid Rs 39, 999.00 for the Sofa Cum Bed -King size vide Invoice # SFN[protected], where as company bhas supllied the smaller size Sofa Cum Bed -Two person can not sleep comfortably.

Complant request (#206675) has been sent and reminders sent many times but without any Reply to my emails or phone calls,

Please take necessary action to rectify my order item or get the refund of hard earn money.

We had paid 10000 rs as advance for the Bed which they said will be delivered by 28th August and now inspite of several follow up, no reply and response.

THIS IS WITH REGARDS TO MY ORDER PLACE ON 20TH JULY -
Order No. #INSF[protected]

I was given delivery date of 15th-16th August and today is 7th September and i'm still being told it will get delivered between 10-12th Sept

I have made some 5 phone calls to you'll and each time I'm given a later delivery date (15th to17thAug, 21st to 24thAug 25th to 27thAug, 5th to 7thAug and now 10th to 12th Sept) with 100 different excuses such as Quality Check/transport/ganpati etc.

I'm tired of following up with you'll further so I would want you to cancel the entire order and refund the amount to me right away.

Not once have you'll have sent me a single email/tracking details to know what the status of my order is and now I refuse to trust any more dates given to me as since a month I'm just being made a fool.

    I purchased the dining table last year. But in chairs termites are there.. Following up from the company from last 1 month but there is no response from them.

    They are big liers and no customer service they provide low quality product....

    Order no. #INSF[protected]. Received a damaged product on on 30th July 2022. Complaint filed through email on same day with complaint id #205272. till now nothing happened, they only say that technician will visit. i want to return the damaged product. it is just lying in my house, occupying significant space.

      Post my friend recommendation, I had booked King size cot - Solid wood Imperia Bed in May. Delivery was delayed too much for 3 months and finally after escalation received it around August 15th. Since it was heavy, was unable to assemble it quickly. Insaraf company didn’t send anyone for assemble.
      After I removed the package, observed it had one broken piece. Called customer care and registered complaint #206112.

      INSF[protected], this is my order number ordered dinning table in June delivery by July but got delivered by Aug 17, glass broken n technician yet to come to fix the dinning and glass will not be replaced, they kill ur peace WORST SERVICE in any industry goes to this shop. BEWARE

         Came to know about Insaraf.com through a friend who said that they are good and deliver the furniture at reasonable rates

        I ordered a bookshelf (Order No. 1NSF[protected] on May 29, 2022, for INR 26, 099.10.

        I received the product on June 18th 2022. I have the following issues.

        (i) The website and the invoice mentions that the product is made of Sheesham wood. but actually on the frame is of wood (the technician sent by them says it is not Sheesham) and the rest of the item is made of MDF.

        The order for a bedside table was placed on 3rd May with a full payment made on line. Even after the timeline the product was not delivered. After repeated follow ups, emails, telephone calls there is no response. customer care number is managed by one person with a standard response that they will look into this. Never buy any product from them. Saraf furniture are fraudsters....

        On 20 Feb 2022 they have assured to ship the replacement with in 2 week time.
        But no shipment has been received from their end till date.
        Several mail were sent but now they are not replying.

        I placed cancellation request right after placing an order INSF[protected]. Post that I made 6 calls and sent 5 mails. But of no use. I don't want their product and want my money back
