I placed an order for a table with Insaraf Furniture on April 4, 2024, under order number #INSF[protected], paying Rs 26, 099.10. At the time of ordering, the estimated delivery was between April 18 and April 26, 2024. However, this was later changed to April 30, 2024. When the table did not arrive on April 30, I contacted customer care, and they rescheduled the delivery to May 20, 2024.
Unfortunately, the product did not arrive on May 20 either. Upon calling customer care again, I was informed that the new delivery date would be June 12, 2024. Once more, I received no updates, and the product did not arrive. When I contacted customer care yet again, I was told the table would be ready for delivery on June 20, 2024.
Despite these repeated delays, when I requested a refund, I was informed that they would neither refund my money nor ensure timely delivery of the product.
Saraf Furniture / Insaraf.com customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I placed an order with Saraf furniture with Order #INSF[protected] on 24 April, 2024; I have not received the order till date. The customer care is only giving me dates after dates without delivering the product. I m not sure that if I will ever get the delivery back or all my money gone in vain? Now I seriously doubting their intention as I see they are not ready to refund the money as well.

    Online order has been made with subject order number will full upfront payments and not being delivered on commuted time line provided. Below are list of default dates:
    1.) 1st Despatch Date: 29th March 2024–not dispatched;
    2.) 2nd Dispatch Date: 6th April 2024-not dispatched.
    3.) 3rd Dispatch Date: 18th April 2024-Not dispatched.
    Upon considering customer care[protected] & [protected]@insaraf.com no results ion has been made. Again 4th time they have changed dispatch date to 30th April 2024. It evident that Insaraf keeps changing the delivery date and has no intention to dispatch. 100% payment must be referred back on priority basis.

      Dear Team,

      I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the bed I purchased from your company in Aug 2023.

      below are for your reference:

      Despite multiple follow-ups to get a proper response and a concrete date of replacement which the team promised since then, I have been met with consistent bullying tactics and a lack of accountability from your company.

      I have sent dozens of emails and get the same response that it will be done ASAP. but sorry to say that ASAP never happened till date.
      I called you multiple times to your CC, It's the same response with fake dates.
      So far I received 9 fake dates of item delivery and each representative gives a fake date over call, but upon asking to write over email, nobody is ready to commit the date over email.

      I have wasted hours and hours over calls because they kept me waiting for longer duration as if I didn't have any work.

      Furthermore, I am deeply disturbed by the bullying tactics employed by your company in response to my complaints. this is completely unacceptable.

      I demand immediate action to rectify this situation.I expect either a full refund for the defective bed or an immediate replacement of the same as you have taken enough time already.
      Additionally, I request compensation for the undue stress and inconvenience caused by your company's negligence and bullying behaviour.
      If this matter is not resolved promptly and to my satisfaction, I will have no choice but to escalate it through legal channels and share my experience with your company on public platforms.
      I expect a response from your company within 2 weeks. Failure to do so will leave me with no option but to pursue further action.

        I placed order for Cot ( order number INSF[protected] on 7th Jan 2024) explaining the purpose of ordering the cot and when it will get delivered. I Was conveyed by saraf customer support team that by 31st Jan I will get the delivery if I place the order now. I explained to saraf team, that i am placing this order as a gift for a married couple in my family circle and i am very particular about the timeline and i can't wait long, so i placed order for standard spec for the Cot on 7th Jan paying the full amount of Rs 22, 499 /-

        Later on 9th Jan I received a status update as my order got into production.
        When I chatted with your customer support team, close to the committed timeline of 31st Jan, I was shocked to get a reply that there is a delay and order will be done on 8th Feb, i reiterated the purpose of the order and I was assured it won't be delayed further and will be delivered without fail.
        But this loop keeps continuing till now and you guys are keeping delaying the delivery date inspite of explaining again that this cot is a marriage gift.
        But it looks like you guys never bothered about customers and everytime give false commitment and postpone the order shipment date.

        first commitment for delivery : 31st Jan
        second commitment for delivery : 8th Feb
        third commitment for delivery : 14th Feb
        fourth commitment for delivery : 23rd Feb
        fifth commitment for delivery : 8th Mar
        Sixth commitment for delivery : 18th Mar
        and now again postponed to 28th Mar

        On seeing various social media, so many complaints agains tthem. I send email asking for refund of my payment, as they have failed commitment manytimes and i have no more trust and cant wait indefinitely like this with fake promises on delivery.
        I sent two emails to initiate refund, one on 24th March and second one on 18th March, but till now no refund response from Saraf furnitures.

        Also i see Jhonty Rhodes in advertisement for saraf, which makes many trust and get cheated like this. Its really dishearting to see how organised customers are getting looted and these celebrities are also the reason behind this.

        I need your support in getting my payment refund at the earliest possible time and put and end to this organisation which loots from customers.

Many other customers have been cheated the same way by saraf furniture. This company is running financial cybercrime in the name of online shopping...

          Even after full advance on 25th Oct, 2023, order not delivered despite multiple followups for order no. INSF[protected]. They are not even refunding the money. They are a big cheat.

                    It's been 2 months since an order was placed with Saraf furniture. since a month all we get is it will be shipped in 10 days, sorry for the delay. this is the 4th time i have received that as as an update, making it a delay by 40 days in shipping! highly unprofessional and horrible service.

                      In August we ordered the king cot with mattress, we received mattress but we didn't receive king cot bed, they told 8 weeks time it will take to deliver, now this is fourth month till now they didn't deliver, whenever i call they r telling next week will deliver, I don't have hope, plz give money back

                          I have ordered a cot from your website on 17th August 2023 with an order no INSF[protected] .
                          With a specific promise from one Ms Prerna on an online Chat that she will be able to deliver before 7th september 2023 again and again, without any correspondence from the furniture store.
                          Now, when i tried to inquire about the same on 9th Sept 2023, this same Ms Prerna is telling that it will be dispatched on 11th September and will take 4 more days for it to get delivered and my whole purpose of buying it for my guests is ruined.

                          I have tried calling the customercare who responds so inertly saying that there's no cancellation policy.

                          Since I have already paid for this, I tried to ask for simple resolution to atleast deliver a different cot to me from your store in Hyderabad and that I will pay the difference amount if extra ... One Mr Suryakanth I think... said he will inform me by evening regarding that option and thatsit.

                          No communication or correspondence till date.

                          Today, when i tried reaching the customer care gain twice, two different people started talking in Hindi, inspite of me asking for someone who can talk in English, put me on hold for almost 5 to 6 min each time with no proper answer,

                          I want an explanation for this kind o[censored]seless service.
                          Why promise when you cant deliver?
                          Why not inform if there's a delay in delivery?
                          Why respond so inertly when asked for a resolution?Simple logic here...Either you maintain the delivery dates without any delays or provide an option of cancellation in case of failure.

                          If you cant give any edge to the customer, even when you are at fault after specifically promising about the delivery dates.. tell me about the attitude of the company.

                            I ordered a bad on 31st with the order # INSF[protected]. I was told while placing the bed that I will receive it in 2 weeks and till date, we have not received the bed. No one from the customer support ever calls to update. the customer service has a standard answer they give whenever we call, everytime pushing the date to the next week. Every week its the same thing. now they have told it will be August 20th. Its the same story. I have recorded the ID of all the customer support people. They have the same script. Upper management is not letting the escalations happen. We are stuck with the customer support team that has no power. The upper management never followed up. My written emails also have not gotten any reply on a concrete date I will receive the furniture or my money. My parents have been waiting for the furniture since a long time. At this time, I just want my money to be returned. I am tired of waiting. Please take some action. This is ridiculous.

                              Ordered 1 bed and coffee table.
                              However had to cancel the order after seeing poor reviews of the company SARAF FURNITURE.
                              Paid 5 thousand INR in advance via Google pay.
                              Sent many requests and reminders to refund as the order was canceled immediately after placing the order.
                              However no or improper replies received.
                              This is clearly a fraud company duping customers.
                              I am going to take the matter to consumer court very soon just not for my 5 thousand INR but also for other customers who are suffering.
                              Fraud fraud fraud.

                                  I bought wooden mandir at rs 7499 with free delivery . They came day before yesterday but returned saying that address was incomplete and not getting any response from phone .
                                  Here my point is that I had given full address while purchasing mandir hence their mistake for not providing the full address . Now they are asking for Rs 1500 to deliver the same . Without this they are neither delivering the mundie nor refunding the money . Means we need to pay compulsory charges. This is cheating and harassment. So pls help in either deliver the product and get the refund .

                                    Dear Sir
                                    I had ordered a wooden bar from SARAF FURNITURE online. While going through the details of the product on the website, it was mentioned that product is ready to use and no need for any assembling of parts.
                                    However, when I opened the parcel, I realised that doors of bar were fixed and required to assemble. I contacted three times the costumer care service team of the company and everytime I was assured that the work will be done in next two days. However, no action was taken by them till the last time I spoke to them. Now the third party which contacted me for assembling the doors of my bar has asked me to pay an advance of Rs 600 to send a technician for the necessary work.
                                    My complaint is that firstly the company is giving the wrong information about the product on its website which is totally unethical and unprofessional and secondly no action or initiative is being taken by the SARAF FURNITURE for assembling the doors, even when I finally got ready to pay for assembling the doors. Its a matter of harassment and cheating .
