I placed an order for a table with Insaraf Furniture on April 4, 2024, under order number #INSF[protected], paying Rs 26, 099.10. At the time of ordering, the estimated delivery was between April 18 and April 26, 2024. However, this was later changed to April 30, 2024. When the table did not arrive on April 30, I contacted customer care, and they rescheduled the delivery to May 20, 2024.
Unfortunately, the product did not arrive on May 20 either. Upon calling customer care again, I was informed that the new delivery date would be June 12, 2024. Once more, I received no updates, and the product did not arrive. When I contacted customer care yet again, I was told the table would be ready for delivery on June 20, 2024.
Despite these repeated delays, when I requested a refund, I was informed that they would neither refund my money nor ensure timely delivery of the product.
