I have ordered the product on 07-May-24.After many follow ups the product delivered on 8-May-24 on 2pm.The product which delivered is not worth than 100rs where i paid 800 for the product....

Hi, I have placed the order with fnp for the above mentioned toy for my grandson.they sent it by courier with no cushioning in side the box and it was delivered with broken plastic connector with tyre. I contacted them and explained about the defective piece. They told me that it’s supposed to be intimated within 48 hours. I placed an order for a product on 2nd March and was shared 5th as the delivery date. I have been in touch with customer care to check about the progress of ny order and was assured that it will be delivered on 5th.Today, the courier delivery date shows by 6th.
