I have not received my refund

I ordered a bouquet, for someone passing away and it was not delivered, I raised a complained and they said money will be refunded it has been 15 days money is still not refunded, though the status shows refunded .

product not delivered event after multiple follow ups

I had ordered from FNP ( Order ID: [protected] ) on 28th November 2025. They agreed to deliver by evening 7pm and I made the payment as well. Today is 1st December 2025 and still order is not delivered. The status of my order says already delivered.

This company looks like fraud company and they are scamming people.

Even after reaching there pathetic support ( chat service ) they keep saying that issue will be...

Missing parcel/ delay in delivery

Name in Lights Night Lamp

I am Sriradha Banerjee.

My ordered ID Order #60778675

I placed an order for a bouquet and a plant with an on-time delivery fee of ₹99 for the 12 PM – 1 PM time slot. However, the order was delivered at 3 PM instead. My bill clearly mentions the 12 PM – 1 PM slot with the associated fee, which I have already paid.

This delay is highly disappointing. I request immediate action on this matter and would like to escalate my concern. Additionally, I could not find any direct contact options on your portal—only a bot, which does not allow me to raise my issue properly.

Please address this urgently and provide a resolution at the earliest.

    I placed order with Fnp about 1633. it was agreed to deliver on 14th feb from 06 am to 04 pm IST. but delivery person called me around 7 pm IST and immediately disconnected my call when I said not ok to receive without any excuse. also he did not reach my place too.

    I called fnp customer care 5 times, from yesterday evening 7.30 pm IST to till now, but no proper response from them. they are making joke on me and disconnecting...

    Not sharing senders name

    It was My birthday and and I received 4 bouquets from them out of which 2 had no name so I got in touch with the customer support and they refused to give me the senders name. I also managed to get the order ID from the delivery guy but the customer support still wanted me to share the registered email ID.     This is about order #56836293 placed with Ferns and Petals on 23rd October 2024 at 4:33 PM. The payment of INR 1716/- was made to Ferns and Petals through UPI using GPay. The money was debited from my account and received by the bank account of Ferns and Petals in IndusInd bank, account number [protected]. The same has been confirmed by Google pay customer care and my bank HDFC.

    The delivery of the order is pending till date and neither my payment has been reversed back

      I purchased the gift from Fern n Petals and paid for the gift and I was charged extra amount to be delivered on a particular time slot (between 6:00 PM and 9:00 PM) on 12th September.

      However the delivery was not done and it was attempted on 13th September i.e. today but still delivery has not been done.

      Now since the occasion has already been passed, when I tried to cancel the order I was refused to refund.

        I had ordered rakhi for my brother living in Banff, Alberta. They were suppose to deliver it by 12th Aug but there was no delivery attempt yet from their side. They are not responding properly and no refund is there. This happened with me last year also.

          We placed an order for the Rakhi order no. #[protected] but failed to deliver, simply coming up with the reason, the door is locked, even though everyone was there at home . The delivery boy would have called us, before leaving or returning the cake. Very bad experience, such a fraud service.

          I need refund or redelivery arrangement immediately...

            Placed an order which was confirmed. Delivery was meant to be between 12 noon to 5 pm for a birthday celebration in the office. at 4 pm did a follow up and no response till 5:15 pm. they then said order will be later. delivery will be done at 6:15 pm. then at 6:30 pm they messaged saying the delivery of the flowers were not done to their warehouse and they cannot deliver the item. only compensation offered was the refund of delivery fees. the whole occasion was spoilt.

              Wrong product delivered - with worst qulity

              I have ordered the product on 07-May-24.After many follow ups the product delivered on 8-May-24 on 2pm.The product which delivered is not worth than 100rs where i paid 800 for the product....

              Hi, I have placed the order with fnp for the above mentioned toy for my grandson.they sent it by courier with no cushioning in side the box and it was delivered with broken plastic connector with tyre. I contacted them and explained about the defective piece. They told me that it’s supposed to be intimated within 48 hours. I kept the packing intact as my grandson would visit after 10 days of the delivery of the product. They have taken this as excuse and stuck to the 48 hours period of complaint status. When they have sent the product in such a negligent way of packing and even after having the pic I sent to them as brand new, they are still adamant and not replacing with new one. Plz take it as serious issue and ensure that a new piece is delivered to me

                I placed an order for a product on 2nd March and was shared 5th as the delivery date. I have been in touch with customer care to check about the progress of ny order and was assured that it will be delivered on 5th.Today, the courier delivery date shows by 6th. The occasion is today, the 5th, so what will I do by taking the delivery on 6th. When I connected with customer care, they first ilsaid it will be delivered on 5th.i told him to check the courier website. Then he said it can be delivered before or after 5th. The same automated robotic standard response. Prior to this, I had ordered cakes. On one occasion, they sent the cake without candle and a knife even after being committed. The 2nd cake was a local street cake which looked nowhere like the one I ordered. On complaining, I was supposed to get a full regund, instead got 250 back only. Amazingly, they somehow have managed to rate my order as 5 though I did not. So poor and appalling service.
