I ordered a gift for my friend and it was supposed to be delivered by this time. I have raised 5 tickets since morning and there is no response from ferns and petals. Neither the customer care works. The order is pre paid and the order has not been delivered. I really need help.

    Add-ons not delivered. Complaints r not attented. Products, Cakes r not even near to t image
    Instead they behave as they r obliging on customers.
    Requests for undelivered add-on, neglected. On Other order Template was not added. Non delivered add-on's refund is refused. T things which u r dealing with, Flowers, Cakes, Gifts, u call it "FnP " r sentimentals. By non delivering u play with someone's emotions, n it hurts. Look at the image below, images of Products, Cakes, n what's delivered

      I had placed an order to Ferns and Petals for a box of chocolates, but even after the money being debited from the bank. Ferns and petals insisted that they have not received payment and did not deliver the chocolate or refund the amount. I don't know how many people they have cheated. Emails were of no use. Don't ever trust them.

        This is really ridiculous.

        Suggesting to compensate a bad quality delivery with such a cheap complimentary gift is like literally fooling the customer. I have raised this complaint for 2nd time requesting to refund my money but seems the response is a copy-paste from that of prior ticket.

          Non delivery and no response by customer care

          I had placed an order with number 25567569 with ferns n petals on 17th June 2021. My order was to be delivered by 9 PM as per their initial communication given over email.
          At 8 PM, when I checked the order status, it shkwed as put on hold. No one informed me about this at all. I tried getting assistance over chat, but got no reply. I then tried calling all of their displayed numbers for customer care from 8:10 PM. I was put on hold...

          My name : sanil v. Had ordered gift for a surprise birthday gift purpose on 07.06.21 through FERNS N PETALS application. The order number is 25319046.
          Amount :Rs. 487. The order was personalised clock.
          While ordering the delivery date was 12 th june'21. On 8th june'21 the delivery status shown was HOLD. Reason was delivery not serviceable. Query /ticket was raised.
          The logic less ticket service is: it is closed without assuring the customer has agreed to close the query.
          Have raised nearly 8 tickets, for which there is no proper reply or assurance for redelivery or refund of money.

            Ferns and Petals They take orders get the money and don't deliver the booked consignment, If you raised a complaint they send a mail within 5 minutes stating that the complaint is closed, When you call they don't pick up even if accidentally they pick they drop / disconnect the phone saying they are not able to hear you voice, As far refund they say it shall come back in 7 to 10 days FNP is using the public money Un professional approach

              BIG SCAM from FERN AND PETAL, I ordered couple of cakes and flowers but what they delivered is just ###..Attached image is self explanatory and this is not once i had shared this pathetic experience, it's the second time I'm having this worst experience by FERN AND PETAL...Please tk a strict action against FERN AND PETAL.

                  I have placed two orders on 3rd June 2021 for same day delivery i.e express delivery. for which FNP is famous to deliver the product on same day. in my case one product deliver on same day and second odder not deliver on same day. i have raised multiple service request to delivery related issue. but no one confirm us when it will deliver. just mention in resolution "it will deliver as per SLA". also no date and time received over email regarding the delivery even all mail id and phone number also registered with FNP app.
                  Question is birthday is over and delivery attempted on next day by FNP team. i denied from the acceptance due to no use of product. here i have not did any mistake from my side because FNP have no clarity regarding express delivery timelines. FNP have to return back my money or provide future credit balance in app for the same.
                  Revert me after reviewing the all of my tickets regarding this order.
                  Even in one of the ticket one FNP executive assured us to redeliver the product on 5th June 2021, after we give the date to deliver than FNP again denied.

                    I had ordered something for a kid as a get well soon gift on 7th June, 2021. Ever since then I have just been following up with Ferns & petals team. They took my order for more than INR 2300/- and there is no sign of delivery or my raised queries. All I am doing is raising a query daily & FNP team keeps closing the tickets without a single call to me. The kid might be much better now and my gift and the sentiments might mean nothing because of the pathetic service by FNP. There has been absolutely no follow up & pathetic customer service, to add on - No delivery or even traces of delivery after 5 days of this fraud by FNP. ATLEAST REFUND THE MONEY YOU FRAUDSTERS. I will figure out a way to gift the kid something better in my own way which will be better in quality for sure.
                    My bad I trusted you FNP again. You ppl screw up my order all the time, at every location.
                    This was a last chance and np more trusting you guys.
                    Kindly refund my money coz I am done with you Fraudsters FNP!

                        The cake was delivered completely damaged . I have shared the picture of the cake which was delivered to the customer care and they failed to provide a reimbursement for the damaged cake delivery .

                        I have contacted the customer care and updated the complaint and they are ignoring the request for reimbursement for damaged cake delivery .

                          This is very disappointing that when we rely on u guys for some special occasion u let us down...i[censored] cant complete ur orders on time than u must get this updated before placing an order so that the sender can have other alternatives. U just send a sorry mail thats not going to resolve the issue of the sender who has planned something for someone.. this is a complete mess u have created for me. Today is the bday what the hell i will do with ur gift tomorrow man. And that too can also be ok but ur team is sending a mail saying we can send u flowers instead of gift what is wrong with u guys...

                          Let it be anything either u deliver it today or tomorrow morning, i just want my gift to be delivered. This is completely last tym m going to use fnp not in future. Appreciate i[censored] could resolve my issue on time.

                            I placed an order for a flower basket on 22nd May to be delivered on 23rd May (No lockdown on that day) . My order was accepted, I received an SMS on 23rd 1:02 PM that my order is out for delivery. Then at 8:48 PM I received a message that my order has been delivered. To my shock it was never delivered. I spoke the customer support but got only a standard rhetoric reply that the inconvenience is regretted, and they will resolve the issue with the delivery partner.
                            The next day, 24th May around 11AM, a delivery man came to home and kept a shabby package at the door step and ran away without even informing what is he delivering.
                            It is pathetic to see that he has delivered my order in a very very bad condition
                            1. The item delivered was not the one I ordered
                            2. The flowers were already dead and dry
                            3.Instead of a card, my greeting was written on a piece of crumbled paper.
                            I would never ever do business with this company again

                              I have received a completely damaged cake, also the packet was damaged. The delivery boy called me and informed that given the situation he has strict instructions from Ferns n Petals that the cake is not supposed to be delivered hand to hand to the customer's residence and can be only delivered to the residents' security. When we received the cake the packet was damaged and the cake was damaged too. Please look into this matter on priority basis. Please note that the delivery boy is not receiving my calls and has now switched off his phone.

                                Sir, I have ordered cake through ferns N petals official website through online on Saturday (22-May-2021). Later I found cakes available in local bakery and attempted to cancel the order. There is no option to cancel via online hence tried to reach customer care and sent emails to cancel it. The next day(23-may-2021) one guy called and asked for the location and I replied, the order requested for cancelling. I requested him for cancelling it and arrange for refund. He accepted and confirmed that it will communicated to respective team. Later I received email saying the customer refused to take the order which is not true.

                                After reaching customer care, they are trying to give wrong update

                                They didn't execute my cancel request sent on 22-may instead they are trying to frame by giving wrong updates such that order was refused by myself. It is totally framing action for not accepting the gap in your end.

                                Question to be answered:

                                Why the cancel request ticket not completed?
                                Why didn't they cancel my order?
                                Who attempted to deliver the order on 23 may?
                                Do they have proof any delivery boy attempted a delivery?

                                  1kg. का चाकलेट केक आर्डर किया था किन्तु आधी मात्रा में ही केक डिलीवर किया गया । बेहद निम्न कोटि का, स्वादहीन एवं किसी नौसिखिए द्वारा बनाया गया केक था। आर्डर किए गए केक का रंग विपरीत था।
                                  यदि आपकी कम्पनी द्वारा चीजें आर्डर मात्रा में नहीं पहुंचाई जा सकतीं तो कृपया अपनी कम्पनी का प्रचार - प्रसार न करें।। हम लोगों के पैसे एवं उम्मीदों से खिलवाड़ करना बन्द करिए।
                                  डिलीवरी मैन से जब इस बारे में जानकारी प्राप्त करनी चाही कि केक का आकार एवं मात्रा बिल्कुल विपरीत है तो वह भी मुकर गया एवं उसे तो यह भी नहीं बताया कि यह केक कौन सी फ्रेंचाइजी दुकान, प्रयागराज से लाया है। आखिर क्या छिपाने की कोशिश की जा रही है? कृपया सुनिश्चित करें ।आगे आने वाले समय में आप जैसी धोखाधड़ी कम्पनियों से सतर्क रहने की जरूरत है। अन्त में यही कि नकली सामान आपकी फ्रेंचाइजी /आपकी वेबसाइट के खिलाफ कार्रवाई करने की आवश्यकता है।

                                    I had ordered lilies, red carnations and roses combination (approx. Rs 2000) and a different bunch of stale flowers (stale pink roses, stale white gerberas instead of white lilies and stale dark red roses instead of red carnations) was delivered. The flowers that were delivered are firstly way cheaper than what was paid for and secondly, were stale. Please take necessary action or provide a full refund.

                                      I had made my order on May 22nd, 2021 at 6.30 pm evening. I had set the delivery date for the next day because, there is an occasion on May 23rd.

                                      I trusted your services and believed that you guys deliver even on the same day. By seeing your confidence and certificate of guarantee, I had chose your app for gifting to someone.

                                      Instead, Not only You Couldn't deliver on May 23rd during 6 a.m to 10 a.m, ...you couldn't deliver even on May 24th (today).

                                      This is really disappointing and causing customer agony. Lockdown effect might be there, but why cant you deliver during the available time ?? Why cant you get permission to deliver just swiggy, zomatoe, flipcart...etc ???

                                      Please don't make me write another complaint. Seriously, this is ridiculous. Make it happen.
                                      I really hope you guys can deliver by tomorrow on May 25th at any cost.

                                      Probably this is the last time I will order from you guys. And definitely I wont suggest others to use your services. My order no. Is 24914370
