I have ordered a Phone case on January 2nd, 2025. My Order No. is 5717943. Earlier it was mentioned that the order would be delivered in 7-10 days, and I have given my address accordingly.

I have contacted them to change my address since I didn't receive my order even after 20 days and I have changed my location. From then there is no reply from the company, and I couldn't be able to contact them also. It's almost 1 month since I ordered and there is no option to cancel the order also. I even paid the money when I ordered.

Kindly help me with this

I am writing to inform you that I received the wrong cover for my Vivo Izoo Z7 5G (Order ID: 5635838). Order date is 23 October 2024.
I am unable to log in to my account to initiate a return or exchange because I am not receiving the password reset link in my email. I have checked my spam folder as well, but it is not there.
I want to return this product and want the refund.

It's a attractive website, once I visited i checked every cover once I got mine, I ordered it, website shows it will be delivered in 3-5 days, but later when i checked it was delayed, delayed the problem was from their side, there were 4 cheak points it showed your order is been confirmed etc and after 10-15 days later I saw there it has been cancelled from there side no notification was sent from there side, the order has only online payment methods, there was no cash on delivery, i think this is their strategy to convert it into a scam, by showing I was a unfortunate normal problem i.e cancellations of the product.. my time and money was wasted on that scam website ...

They were providing phn cases for very huge discounts and the website interface comments everything seemed very genuine so I prepaid a order as COD wasn't available. Later on found that the mail I'd they're using is fake moreover no customer care number.

I have placed order for one plus CE 3 5G back case from stayclassy.in on 14th Jun 2024 at around 1:15 AM and my order id is 5267983. BUT after that no update and also while tracking on their site order id is showing invalid.
I don't know what is going on and whether this site is real or not, I don't know. It's a week now.

I order a case from Stayclassy.in on 2 Jun 2024 and now it's 8th till now I didn't got my order or any message from them.Kindly

I have ordered a customised chain on 16th May 2024 and it's still not delivered.

Hello, stay classy it's been 4 days since my order is showing currently processing. Please ship my order asap

I have ordered a product on 23 December 2023, via website of Stayclassy. Since then i am receiving a mail stating the product is packed but when I tried contacting the support number as shared over the mail, it is always switched off or out of service. Shared a mail stating to get an update on the product still there is no response.

I want my product delivered at the earliest or refund back the amount with interest.

I am writing to express my deep concern regarding Order ID5068508, placed on December 12th, which has yet to be shipped. Despite receiving a Blue Dart tracker, my attempts to contact them have been futile as the order remains pending. The phone is still switched off.

Post-ordering, I received messages from StayClassy on December 20th, 23rd, and 24th, stating that the order is packed. However, upon checking the tracking link, it consistently shows "pickup rescheduled, " adding to my frustration.

Efforts to reach Stay Classy's contact number listed on the website have proven unsuccessful, with repeated calls going unanswered. Today, the phone appears to be switched off, compounding my frustration.

This lack of responsiveness is deeply troubling, especially considering my deadline. I insist on immediate action and request a prompt update on the status of my order. My expectation is for delivery by the end of the day on December 18th. Incase of any further delay, I would like to cancel my order and claim for refund.

Order #5056330 was placed on November 21, 2023 and is currently Processing. But till now I have not found any information regarding my product . And whenever I call they haven't give any response.

I have ordered one Mahadev Glass Back cover for One plus Nord CE 3 (5G) on 21/Nov.

And still didn't get any update for Shipping. As I'm also from Ahmedabad.
At the same your phone number is not reachable whenever trying to call.

So let me know my order status and pls update ASAP.

I ordered two phone covers on 9th of
November. There has not been any update
in the order status and it is just showing
"Processing" since ordering. The customer
care number is Off. I have emailed them, messages on Instagram and commented on Instagram. But there is no response. I had prepaid 498 for the order.
