I had ordered the cake on 8th March 2021 between 6pm to 9pm, the delivery guy was no where around my home at 9.30 pm and we had other plans post that.

The customer care said there is no refund policy. On 9th March I got a call from delivery guy stating he is on the way to deliver the cake.

I tried to make customer care undertand what is the use if the cake is not delivered at same day when the actual celebration was on 8th. I also said please deliver the cake on 12 March as I have another family members birthday, but they refused and said we won't refund, won't rescheduled and will deliver cake on 9th March itself, which is really unethical, unprofessional and is not at all customer oriented.

Highly dissatisfied and disappointed as we are being a regular customer, but going forward won't be using Ferns and Petals and also don't be recommending it to others.

    Hi,

    I would like to inform you that I have 2 major concerns:
    1) I called your store Paschim Vihar- Avtar Enclave. They don't bother to listen my concern simply say no we do not provide the deliverer there but your website say we do deliverer. However, the behavior was very rude with me.
    2) I got a call from Pritish from FnP. He assured me assured order will get delivered before the time frame. However, later on i got to know order has been canceled. I wish i could receive a text from your end. Only for his assurance, i have placed the order. I wish i could not trust him.

    At last, Manish offered me, we will deliverer the cake tomorrow early.
    My point: birthday is today but we will do the cake ceremony next morning.

      Hi Team,

      I really feel HUMILIATED AND ASHAMED the way ferns and petals directly said the amount cannot be refunded.

      On 28th feb I got a call from customer care saying due to unavoidable circumstances the cake will be delayed by 1.5 hour. This is not acceptable at all. everything was planned accordingly on my side.

      The order was booked on 15th feb and the delivery time was chosen as fixed time delivery between 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm. Based on this we already prepared our schedule and invited the guests. Everyone asked me if it is fine to order a cake from FnP. I assured everyone in my family that 120% it will be delivered on time but I was completely wrong.

      I went through Mental Stress and the one year old little Kiddo whose birthday we were celebrating had to suffer a lot because of this delay All guests waited for a long time and I felt humiliated . Now who will pay the amount of pain and humiliation and littles baby's eyes who were looking for a wonderful cake.

      I need the refund and include whosoever from your management even the vendor here in the mail I am ready to have a one to one discussion

      I really felt ashamed that ferns n petals has such stupid vendors who doesnt care about the time . We have to arrange the cake and pastries from one of the local shop

      And you know WHAT, the delivery boy called me at 2:00 pm again and when I asked him where he is said he is in traffic I asked him don't even come here and please return on the same vehicle we already arranged the cake.

      I need my refund (Rs 4900) IMMEDIATELY if there is no action being taken then I will charge FnP for Double refund and responsible for the mental stress I went through and bringing tears to little bday boys eyes.

      If these things doesn't value much for you then I will delete Fnp from My list and will recommend in all social media platforms not to use or trust Fnp.

        Subject: Shoddy work done by Ferns N Petals (Order no.[protected]Suborder [protected], [protected])

        This is a complaint regarding the two personalized photo frames which I ordered on February 10, 2021 to gift my wife on the occasion of valentine day. Although the prices of the frames are exorbitant, the quality of work is extremely poor. The pictures are cropped in such a poor way that the head in one frame is partially cut off (Sub order no [protected]). The suborder [protected] is a bit better, but here also it could have been cropped in a much better way (some part of the hat here also is cut off. I don't know what kind of people are employed by Ferns N Petals; even a local frame shop would do a much better job than this at much less price. There is no protective coating also given in this picture (Sub order no [protected]). It seems someone just printed a picture and hurriedly inserted in a frame. These kinds of personalized gifts should be perfect and long lasting. I was very excited, but when my wife pointed out that although the idea was good, except the frame, everything was far from satisfactory and doesn't justify the cost, quality, or the work that has been done - that's her disappointing statement.

        I was very busy, so could not give the feedback as I was out of the town. Heard a lot about Ferns N Petals, but extremely disappointed and never ever going to order anything from Ferns N Petals, neither recommend anyone at least for a personalized gift. I think you should employ a craftsman who has knowledge and experience of making a good photo frame when you are charging such an exorbitant price. It seems someone took out the printout and shoddily inserted inside the frame. This kind of work is not at all acceptable. This is cheating!!, nothing else, and you people call yourself no 1 gifting site!!!.

        See the pictures which I have sent and what kind of trash you have sent, not only wastage of time and money, but extremely annoying too! Disgusting work!

        Ferns N Petals charged Rs 1400 for the above two frames, which are of no use to me because some part of the pictures are cut off in both these pictures from above. For this shoddy work they charged Rs. 1400 and now they are shamelessly saying this item is non-returnable and they will not refund any money. Please do the needful so that they refund the money and educate others not to buy product from them as these people are cheaters.

          Hi, I have ordered a cake and want to cancel it immediately, but they are not canceling it after taking the payment.
          I am raising ticket at their site but they will close it immediately.
          This is completely fraud and cheating activities ferns n petals are doing by telling money will not be refunded if you want to cancel it immediately.

            Very poor service. I ordered a cake and candles but received a cake that was very cheap and not what i had ordered. Never received candles. But the order status got updated to delivered. Even after multiple calls to delivery person and customer care, nothing happened. They hardly care!! My money and my mother’s bday wasted!

              I have ordered a personalized cushion which was scheduled to be delivered on 18th February, 2021. Payment already made, but it is over 3 days and the product is still not delivered. I have raised query tickets a number of times, and the agency has closed it stating that the consignee is not available. Alternate number of the person at location is also given but they are not reaching us out and not delivering the product. Please expedite the issue for resolution and deliver the item ASAP.

              It is over 7 working days of the scheduled date of delivery and the item has not been delivered yet. They have taken full payment and not delivering the product. Please escalate the issue.

                Had ordered a flower bouquet for my girlfriend. Despite the message saying my gift got delivered, it had never been so.

                The customer service just alternately keeps on telling me
                1. they were investigation the issue and then
                2. that the gift had gotten delivered. But it hadn't.

                Then they close the ticket. The order number is [protected].

                  Their customer service is very pathetic, they literally try to cheat customers. This kind of brands should shutdown. They never deliver on time and their customer care cannot be reached easily. Even Customercare can’t help us out as these people are giving for third parties. Be careful when you cancel the order, as they put it on hold we should follow up until we get our cash back.

                        FNP Fraud/Non- delivery of order after full payment

                        The day and time slot has already passed, today is 15th feb yet there is no update on order and it did not get delivered. Customer care is irresponsive.                         I had ordered flowers for my friend for which she got a call stating that they do not have those flowers in stock, so they won't be able to fulfill my order.
                        The very next moment I got a mail saying "Incomplete address" . When I raised a complaint with the customer support team everyone tried to sell me some cooked up stories saying "The addressee was not available", "Incomplete address", "Phone no was not reachable" and so on.
                        Well this was not the first time that I had ordered something from fnp, I had been using this website for the past 6 years but never imagined they will become such a scammer one day.

                          Despite of calling and mailing I have still not received my refund.when I specifically said on call that the cake is not needed, still why did the delivery boy attempt a delivery ?
                          Your team did not even inform till 1 clock that the photo cake is not available.I called thrice to know the exact status.Then ur team sends a mail that the order is cancelled.This is the worst experience I have had with ferns and petals. If I do not get my refund by evening today I shall resort to social media and other means to highlight your wonderful customer service

                            The product I had ordered on the 14th of February for an occasion other than Valentine's day was priced at 1100 Rs. and it had an extra 600Rs. as delivery charges for standard delivery. The next day the same product included Rs.0 delivery charges for standard delivery and the prices lowered down by 200 Rs.
                            Also, the roses that I received were stale. It is not the first time that I had ordered something from Ferns and Petals. But this was a particularly bad experience. It motivates me to discourage my friends from ordering online from F and P.

                              1. I have ordered something from ferns n petal by giving my pincode and address . At that time delivery is possible in my area while ordering but on the delivery date they have cancelled my order by giving mail that they have not provided delivery in my given location . They just ruined my day of celebration .
                              2. After that i have called them many times . no good responce given by team of ferns n petal. I have asked for refund .. one person who is on call from ferns n petal told that they have initiated refund of my order.

                              3. After some time i have a got a mail from ferns n petal that they have given a gift coupon for my cancelled order without asking me . I have not asked for gift coupon . I have told them to refund my amount .

                              4. Again i called their team but they have not responded good and not able to solved my query . They just told that they have register my complaint and all .

                              I want my refund back. Or i will take action against it .

                                  Order Got: Black Forest Cake.

                                  Called for complain with proof of Pictures.
                                  1. They told there will be replacement of product.
                                  ( First Vendor come and pick cake from us and go back to shop and than they will send replacement of cake or provide refund)
                                  2. Promised that senior will call us back(Got just 1 call which i missed but when i call back again to FnP they said the same i will get call back)
                                  3. After 1-2 hours later again I called FnP, and they tried to call Vendor But vendor not answering call.
                                  4. after I asked to supervisor or some authority person executive told that all supervisor and busy they are not able to talk. and later he told that his manager is also not answering call.
                                  5. FnP is not able to control their Vendor and not able manage their work( as no call back i got, no supervisor/manager is available for help.)
                                  6. Because of FnP I lost my whole day. My wife was upset with me before (Only reason to buy cake to make her smile) but that gone worse. Now she is not talking to me.
                                  7. Total 3-4 called i made for resolution and 1-2 chat but get no resolution.

                                  Kindly Help.
                                  I need refund and compensate all my time and pain which i got during this.
