Despite of calling and mailing I have still not received my refund.when I specifically said on call that the cake is not needed, still why did the delivery boy attempt a delivery ?
Your team did not even inform till 1 clock that the photo cake is not available.I called thrice to know the exact status.Then ur team sends a mail that the order is cancelled.This is the worst experience I have had with ferns...

The product I had ordered on the 14th of February for an occasion other than Valentine's day was priced at 1100 Rs. and it had an extra 600Rs. as delivery charges for standard delivery. The next day the same product included Rs.0 delivery charges for standard delivery and the prices lowered down by 200 Rs.
Also, the roses that I received were stale. It is not the first time that I had ordered something from Ferns and Petals. But this...

1. I have ordered something from ferns n petal by giving my pincode and address . At that time delivery is possible in my area while ordering but on the delivery date they have cancelled my order by giving mail that they have not provided delivery in my given location . They just ruined my day of celebration .

Due to some reason, the phone number of the Recipient was not working and the delivery agent delivered the product to someone else. And I called their customer care agents 3 times but still don't get any satisfactory reply....

I had ordered a pack of 16 Ferrero Rocher on 8th Jan, 2021 for order ID[protected]. I ate 8 chocolates which were fine and the 9th chocolate which i opened yesterday(i.e. 11th Jan, 2021) had some white developed structures on top of the chocolate. Cake gets cancelled on the day of delivery by FNP and I get to know at the last hour when the event was suppose to happen. FnP team ruined the birthday of my beloved by not sending the surprise birthday cake that I had planned and ordered days ago. This was ordered for midnight delivery on 05th Dec, after paying a hefty amount.

There was absolutely no contact from the team even after placing the order.

This is the last time of my order with ferns and petals and would definitely not recommend to anybody either.

Ferns n petals are giving all false updates and changing the statement for every call.
