I had ordered for a bouquet of 10 red roses and message card for 1st Dec 2020 with a time slot of 8am toh 12 pm.I was even charged extra for this.
1. I didn't receive the parcel at the given time.
2.After lot of complaints at around 3pm i got a false message that the product has been delivered, although I didn't receive any parcel.
3.Again after lot of complain at around 6pm the parcel arrived....

Yesterday you people told me to wait for redelivery confirmation and today you people said product is delivered. Which is not.

Also to add. In Canada the postal courier service are off on Saturday and Sunday. Please deliver the product it's been 20days now.

I need the resolution. Also the recipient haven't received any information or update on the product delivery.

Order no2017533 non deliveey till 28 nov given delivery date was 23 nov and they are not responding to my enquries...

Gift was ordered for 26th November not delivered on that day again scheduled for 27th November after multiple follow up and call half order delivered that too not the same which was requested I paid 1000 rupees for cake and 100 rupees cake was delivered . I had ordered a bouquet of flowers and chocolates for a friend of mine on her birthday vide Order No. 19813560. To our utter shock, the delivered product design was not at all the same as I had ordered. I am attaching the snap of the product I had ordered and that was delivered. I have ordered lakshmi ganesh idol from fern and petal. They have sent wrong item. Image of item displayed on their website is not same as what they have delivered.

After complain they have asked to upload image . I have uploaded. Still they are saying upload image. I have uploaded several times.

I am getting proper response from them.

It's just a cheating. Now I will not suggest anyone to purchase...

Since yesterday I’m chasing your employees of Yamunagar to place my order but they are least interested in it .

Comments: Very disappointed with what you have delivered.What I had ordered was much more organised and beautiful than what has been delivered. It was very disappointing. Not expected anything like that from renowned online store like Fernsnpetals.
A local vendor would have delivered something better than what you have delivered....

Pathetic customer service, low quality products, high price, no refund. Paid 250 extra for mid night delivery which they failed to deliver and no refund was made....

The worst experience i had with ferns n petals..poor services, poor quality of cake and after all that they dont even try to accept there mistake rather they blame the customer. Some times they send rotten cake or somtimes they forget to send the cake..such a wonderful services these guys have..and when i talk with customer care executive they blame the customer in return.they don't even know how to talk with a customer.

@FernsNPetals service is pathetic. I ordered an anniversary gift (order I'd[protected] sub id [protected]) for my friends anniversary to deliver midnight(31st October 2020) as a surprise. They ruined it totally.At 10:30 pm I got call from one of their representative that it can not be delivered .These guys charged 250/- (apart from 1200 + Rs for the items) and extra as mid night delivery charge and now saying it can not delivered mid night...

Pre paid product was not delivered yet...

My gift was handed over in a damaged condition would like to replace it...
