This is regarding order number 21002684 which had two parts - one cake and a gift.
Cake gets cancelled on the day of delivery by FNP and I get to know at the last hour when the event was suppose to happen. The other options given were not much and definitely not liked by the person. So I decided to also cancel the gift. Surprisingly to be able to do this, a customer needs to inform them 24 hours in advance. While the same logic does not apply to them and they can spoil your plans last minute. I must have missed this 24 hour deadline by few minutes as I am based out of India. Hence, they forced me to take the gift which was more expensive and promised me a re-attempt of delivery next day (which was the scheduled date). However, it did not happen. When i called them a day later to check, I was told by FNP customer care that the parcel is out for delivery. Again, its been 5 days and no delivery. After following they are again forcing for reattempt of delivery and not Refunding my money. I made it clear on phone as well as on emails, that I would like a refund and not the order anymore. Still they want to have their way out. If we refuse to accept the parcel- they will happily frame me saying "delivery attempted twice but the customer refused to accept". So no refund! Their has to be some action against this provider

Updated by Preeti145 Adding to this, the re-attempt delivery of order was very late and we were forced to accept the birthday gift after a week of the event. Because FNP refused to return the money even after being promised by their customer care which are a bunch of incompetent liars.
According to their policy, the can chose to cancel your order at 11th hour, delivery the gift late BUT a customer cannot cancel an order if they are not informed 24 hours in advance.
