    Due to some reason, the phone number of the Recipient was not working and the delivery agent delivered the product to someone else. And I called their customer care agents 3 times but still don't get any satisfactory reply.

      I have placed an order on 26 jan 2021, it was supposed to deliver in midnight, despite charging hefty midnight charges product was not delivered and the reason gave to me was that security guard didn't allow. I have called the security guard and they said that no one came to deliver the order. As there were two products in the order and only the cake was delivered Lilies And Orchids Basket Arrangement was never delivered and nor the attempt was made on the same day when it was supposed to delived.

      Kindly refund the full amount as the occassion is already over and the person is no longer available to recieve the order.

          I had ordered a pack of 16 Ferrero Rocher on 8th Jan, 2021 for order ID[protected]. I ate 8 chocolates which were fine and the 9th chocolate which i opened yesterday(i.e. 11th Jan, 2021) had some white developed structures on top of the chocolate. I had lighted the issue but the support team is even not ready to take the issue saying its more than 48 hrs. The chocolates bought from stores don't get spoiled but this is just a fraud which ferns & petals is doing as we all are aware that the shelf life of the product is 9 months from the date of packaging.
          I need refund of the money and also a strict action on the fraud that is having to the customer.
          If not heard here i will complain on the same in fssai portal.

            I orderd a gift which required to be delivered on 1st Jan 2021. Today is 4th Jan but my product is yet not delivered to me. As i believe ferns and petals are so incompetent and unable to fulfill my requirement, they are liable to compensate me and deliver my product.

              This is regarding order number 21002684 which had two parts - one cake and a gift.
              Cake gets cancelled on the day of delivery by FNP and I get to know at the last hour when the event was suppose to happen. The other options given were not much and definitely not liked by the person. So I decided to also cancel the gift. Surprisingly to be able to do this, a customer needs to inform them 24 hours in advance. While the same logic does not apply to them and they can spoil your plans last minute. I must have missed this 24 hour deadline by few minutes as I am based out of India. Hence, they forced me to take the gift which was more expensive and promised me a re-attempt of delivery next day (which was the scheduled date). However, it did not happen. When i called them a day later to check, I was told by FNP customer care that the parcel is out for delivery. Again, its been 5 days and no delivery. After following they are again forcing for reattempt of delivery and not Refunding my money. I made it clear on phone as well as on emails, that I would like a refund and not the order anymore. Still they want to have their way out. If we refuse to accept the parcel- they will happily frame me saying "delivery attempted twice but the customer refused to accept". So no refund! Their has to be some action against this provider

              Adding to this, the re-attempt delivery of order was very late and we were forced to accept the birthday gift after a week of the event. Because FNP refused to return the money even after being promised by their customer care which are a bunch of incompetent liars.
              According to their policy, the can chose to cancel your order at 11th hour, delivery the gift late BUT a customer cannot cancel an order if they are not informed 24 hours in advance.

                I have ordered a cake and gift from ferns and petals. The cake which I received was totally different from what I have ordered. Different in flavour, different in ingredient, the cake is totally different. When I complain to customer service for this wrong order, they asked me to share pictures. And I have emailed them the picture along with the cake name which I have ordered. So the cake which I ordered was: "dry dates and walnut cake" but the cake which I have received is " Some cashew cake and rotten too". I explained my issue to the customer executive also in an email written along with the picture. And after 2 hrs I got a reply from Ferns and petals team that Chef have a different way to bake the cake and they cannot replace orders. So I have wasted my money and Christmas celebration as well.
                PLEASE ORDER FROM FERNS AND PETALS IF YOU HAVE "ENOUGHT MONEY AND TIME TO WASTE" AND IF YOU WANT TO RUIN YOUR CELEBRATION OR ANY FESTIVAL.

                  I have ordered a cake and gift from ferns and petals. The time of ordering the delivery which was committed is today 25th Dec and its Christmas order. But I didn't receive it today and after contacting customer care more 11-12 times, and creating a complaint ticket they closed the ticket saying the order might get delivered by 29th Dec. It's a Christmas gift and I don't know what I'll do with that gift after 4 days of Christmas. They also refused to cancel the order and kept my money. They refused to assist and resolve this issue. Their customer care executives will accept the calls and after listening to the query they put the call on mute and disconnect the call. This happened to me 11th time today

                      I have placed this order on 11/12/2020. Ferns and petals have a different price range for this particular product and definitely, it varies based on plant quality.

                      I can understand that Natural plants may vary from the picture on the website but the slight difference is acceptable but how it can be justified when you are getting a product of worth rs 200 and you have paid Rs 1200 for it?

                        FnP team ruined the birthday of my beloved by not sending the surprise birthday cake that I had planned and ordered days ago. This was ordered for midnight delivery on 05th Dec, after paying a hefty amount.

                        There was absolutely no contact from the team even after placing the order.

                        This is the last time of my order with ferns and petals and would definitely not recommend to anybody either.

                        Hope to hear from you on the refund process asap.

                        Absolutely disgusted with this kind of lackadaisical service from Ferns and Petal, a brand l had always entrusted on.

                          I need the resolution. Either deliver the product or refund my amount.

                          Please escalate.

                          Ferns n petals are giving all false updates and changing the statement for every call.

                          I request to listen call recording before closing the tickets.

                            I had ordered for a bouquet of 10 red roses and message card for 1st Dec 2020 with a time slot of 8am toh 12 pm.I was even charged extra for this.
                            1. I didn't receive the parcel at the given time.
                            2.After lot of complaints at around 3pm i got a false message that the product has been delivered, although I didn't receive any parcel.
                            3.Again after lot of complain at around 6pm the parcel arrived. But it was not the product that I had ordered.
                            4. The flowers were stale.
                            5. instead of 10 roses.there were 9 in very bad condition.
                            6. The red wrapping paper was missing as given in the preview on the site.
                            7. Instead of message card i received a plain handwritten note on a rough piece of paper.
                            Highly disappointed with the service.my money went i waste . They made fool out of the customers . Will never recommend ferns n petals to anyone

                                I have placed order number# [protected] for a two-storey truffle cake on 25th November, 2020 for delivery to Kerala. The delivery slot that I have selected at the time of the order was 10.00 to 14.00 hours on 28 November, 2020. I have raised a query on 27th November when I saw that my order is not shipped. They replied back to me that my delivery will take place as per chosen time-slot 10.00 to 14.00 hrs on 28th November. Throughout Nov 28, they postponed the slot of delivery and did not deliver the cake at all. On 29th, they mentioned a single storey cake can only be delivered. I have requested them to reimburse the difference amount in case a low value single storey cake will be delivered in place of a double-storey truffle cake that was initially ordered. They are not responding to reimbursement of the difference amount and has not delivered my order at all. I have called them multiple times but this company has pathetic service that I ever encountered. They have closed the last two queries I have raised to them even without resolution. They are a big online fraud company in India who cheats people with certain advertisements of products on their website which they do not have in stock or cannot arrange for delivery.

                                  It's been so long.
                                  Yesterday you people told me to wait for redelivery confirmation and today you people said product is delivered. Which is not.

                                  Also to add. In Canada the postal courier service are off on Saturday and Sunday. Please deliver the product it's been 20days now.

                                  I need the resolution. Also the recipient haven't received any information or update on the product delivery.

                                  Need a resolution. I need the product delivery.again if product can not be delivered please initiate refund. I have even compromised that recipient will pick up the order.you people didn't share the address and instead you provided option of re-deliverey

                                  Now customer support claiming that product was delivered on 14th Nov. Whereas on 27they people claimed product was returned to warehouse.

                                  I even told the recipient will pick up order from warehouse. But this people told they will do re delivery.

                                  I need my money back or product to be delivered. Worst platform ferns and petals ❌❌❌

                                  The product was supposed to be delivered on 13th Nov. Which is still not delivered and customer service is worst they are being very rude and providing wrong updates and changing the statement for every call. I need help

                                  If required I now need to seek police help for fraud updates and cheating on people

                                      Gift was ordered for 26th November not delivered on that day again scheduled for 27th November after multiple follow up and call half order delivered that too not the same which was requested I paid 1000 rupees for cake and 100 rupees cake was delivered . Now again this is remaining gift is scheduled for 28th without any information. I did multiple follow up and mails but no one to hear concern.
                                      I am even not able to find escalation matrix.

                                      This is completely wastage of money no value for them

                                        Dear Sir, This is Manishkumar Kotai & I had ordered one Cake & Bouquet from my office colleague to be delivered at Kolkatta on Monday 23rd November 2020. The order was placed at Ferns N Petals Website & the Order# is 20248655. Due to the some emergency situation the staff had to leave from the office and hence the delivery could not happen on 23rd Nov 2020 (Monday). When i had approached the customer service they assured me to deliver the product on Wednesday 25th November 2020 however on the same day also the product was not delivered. Today on 27th Nov 2020 when i am calling their customer care they assured me they will deliver the product but they are not able to give me any status as to when they will be delivering this product. I request you to please look into this matter as i feel they are cheating customers.
