I received a courier from Blue Dart sent by Ferns N Petals. It was addressed to my wife and contained a dry cake. We both don't know who sent it and the box doesn't have any mention of the sender's name. I called FNP's customer care and the one who answered my call was a lady who told me that they too don't have any sender's information. Even on the box, in the place of the sender's name, two dots are present. Then, I emailed them and they replied that they cannot reveal the sender's name due to their company's policy. Again, the next day, I called the customer care and the person on the call told me that they cannot access any information with sender's email address. It was no use to contact them. The order ID is [protected].

I would like to know what actions can be taken against them and how I can come to know about the sender's name or any other relevant information.

    i am getting unauthorised order from ferns n petals, someone is using my phone no. and location for making pranks .
    when i am calling ferns n petals customer care service, they are asking me mail id but i dont know who the person is doing such type or orders.

    Currently my order id is [protected]. i am getting calls and mesages on [protected].

    please resolve my issue as soon as possible by Ceasing all the deliveries to my address and phone no.

      Ferns N petals were good initially but now they have totally lost it. Fooling the public. I think they have outsourced to rubbish vendors who are fooling people. I ordered balloons yesterday. The final product that was delivered was very sad compared to the picture shown on website. I have been raising tickets to their useless customer service which first apologises for the Poor quality and informs that they will replace them get a call in the evening that it will be resolved by 9pm yesterday. After repeated complaints now I get a response that complaint is closed as vendor has delivered the correct same as the website. Big fraud. See the difference what was delivered . No ribbons and bows and very sad look in actual

        I paid Rs 1000/- for a nice birthday gift hamper with flowers and chocolate.
        The actual hamper you sent hardly holds any flowers and orchid are almost faded and wilted. Its not at all value for money. instead i would have send cake to my loved ones it would have been cheaper, fresh and best.

        Please compare the hamper picture on the web portal and the real hamper you delivered to recipient address. I want my money back.

          Yes you read it well !!! there were cockroaches on your flowers and full of them !!! that too i placed my order for delivery in gurgaon area for my client and on receiving the same, client was surprised to find endless numbers of small cockroaches on them

          is it not a shame for a name as ferns and petal, i, being a daily customer how can you send something like this to my client.

          To top this i did not even get a refund of the order that was too full of cockroaches .. Shame f& p, , you people yet again failed to meet up with our expectations

            I have order Rakhi but they didn't deliver till now even FNP charged me extra for deliver on time but still not deliver so why FNP charged extra if not deliver on time . Order no 45572144

              I have placed an order(rakhi) from FNP on 24th aug nd the delivery date was 28th aug but still the product nt been delivered nd no solution from customer care. They are nt ready to refund my money also nt sure when the delivery will be done .. they guys are cheater nd pathetic customer care

                I ordered on 13th August a cake with flowers for Wedding anniversary on 16th August, worth 1548 INR. Order was accepted and amount got debited. On 16th no one shown up and the order got cancelled without any explanation. I tried to reach out to their chat service on 17th August asking for the reason and refund. An agent said it "as its outskirts of their service area, they couldnt deliver" and the amount was converted to gift voucher without my approval. I requested the same time to intiate my refund to the source account and they confirmed it. Today 24th August I tried again to reach out and the agent today says they havent receievd any refund request to source account. And they say again to wait 8-10 days without any guilt. This agent Mr.Manish was really rude that he doesnt want to hear my complain and jsut ended the chat.

                As a gift delivering company, its a ridiculous to deal in such a way where emotions and feelings are utilized for business.

                I need an explanation and solution on below points :
                1. Why did they accept the order which they cant deliver ?
                2. Why was the refund amount converted to their own gift coupon(which is of no use for me) without my confirmation ?
                3. Why my amount is not refunded yet even after 10 days of the cancellation ??

                  The three glass containers out of four were badly broken n fine glass pieces were all mixed with contents i e dry fruits so they were of no use for consumption. All wasted n thrown out in the garbage. Very poor packaging indeed not expected from a company like yours.

                    On 28 June 2023 subject item was booked and online payment was ensured from my side to deliver the items at given destination in Delhi.
                    Our order was time bound product to be delivered and meaningless thereafter, in spite of that company show complete apathy to deliver the things on time.
                    The company irresponsibly dealt the matter and didn't tried to accomplish the task humanitarianly and successfully.
                    Till date the company has no grudge to take proactive action and has had kept silence by taking my money in their kitty.

                      I have ordered 1/2 KG cake & Happy Birthday mug for my sister from Ferns & Petals website. They promised me to get it delivered on the same date by 9 PM. However partial delivery happened at 8:42 PM. Out of 2 products only cake was delivered. This is completed fraud which has happened, luckily i asked receiver if she has got both and then I got to know that only cake was delivered. This cleary shows that this company is doing fraud by charging customers but not delivering committed products.

                      I am requesting justice here.

                        I will like to share an unpleasant experience I had with Ferns and petals when I ordered a plant and chocolates for my friend and the same was supposed to o be delivered till 9 pm on 23 Rd July as my friends birthday was 23 Rd July and I had taken an extra precautions and ordered it on 22 nd July, The order was assigned to a courier person however it was not delivered withing the promised timeline .My friend stays with her parents who Re senior citizens.so when the courier approached at 10 for delivery they refused to accept which is quite natural to the safety conditions of present day we face in Delhi .
                        On 24 th July also till 11 am I did not get any update and then I decided to call when I spoke to a representative and requested for cancellation of the order as Birthday has passed so ideally the amount should be refunded.
                        To my shock she denied cancellation and continuously tried convincing me about her policies and it will get delivered today
                        I told her that it is about emotions why we order for someone's bday however she continued and even called me Rude though I wasn't speaking to her as an individual instead I was speaking to her as she represents Ferns and petals .I asked for a senior and as expected my call was placed on hold for a reply that senior will get back to me

                        I have been a regular customer with ferns and petals and they didn't had a courtesy of calling me or sending me a sms stating that order is delayed.on 23 Rd July also when I chatted with them very smartly they logged a complaint at 10 and shared an email because I approached them as my money was deducted.Horrible experience as a customer and the consumer forum must look into it .

                          02 gifts were booked (rs 1725) on 5/7/23 vide order No 44026361 and [protected] for delivery at Visakhapatnam on 8/7/23. Assurance for delivery was given even in the morning of delivery day. But the gifts were not delivered and funds are also not returned yet despite repeated requests.

                            Got worst experience evrr ... regret hugely to order from dis website n experiemced no delivery twice on my fathers birthday n fathers day ... today i requested multiple times to urgent delivery of d product as d day s gonna end ... but no response from der side ... dey r not ready to cancel nor deliver the prodcut ... emotionless people cannot run dis business so better handover to others ...

                              Hello All,
                              This is regarding the items not delivered to my address as per the time mentioned while booking through the FnP app. Order ID : 43452004
                              The Items were supposed to be delivered to my address on 11th June, 23 before 9PM but it didn't. I called the customer care @10:15PM and raised a complaint number[protected] and they assured me that I will get the items in the first half 12th June, 2023.
                              I have waited for the whole day so that I will get the items today, I called customer care 6 times today and they replied only one thing "raised a concern with the respective team and they are working on it" but I am not sure how the company works if they do not provide me real time update on the delayed items.
                              Please refund the money to the source account today. If not, an email will be send to the Fnp top level management for harassment.

                                Hi,

                                I order a personalized gift for my wife on 2nd June as her birthday is on 3rd June, But they were not able to deliver my order on the given date, when called they say we have blue dart as our courier service, we don't have any control on when the order will be delivered, today it is 4th of June even today when I called them they say we only now the expected delivery date but actuall delivery date can be any day, the response I got is I have to wait until they get time to deliver my order this is cheating, they are mental disturbing me.
                                Need a solution for the same.

                                  They are scammers.

                                  They charged me for the most expensive cake online, and 15 mins before the opted delivery time, they will called to say that the cake is spolied, and that i have to select from the following two options Pineapple or Strawberry, which are their Cheapest available cakes on fern n petals portal.

                                  After that they deliver old pineapple cake with several hair particles and dirt on it, the cake was stale and inedible.

                                  They won't return the different money or exchange with what was actually ordered: a fresh Chocolate caramel fudge cake.

                                  CHEATERS!!

                                  I am writing here so that when people search for fnp.com reviews they know why not to buy from this portal

                                    The product shown during booking is not matching the product delivered.the product delivered doesn't have glass vase and the leaves as mentioned. The price paid is Rs.1228 and the product sent is not worth Rs.500. The promised items missing in delivery. This is cheating to the consumers.

                                      I ordered 6 white lilies worth 1900 Rs + 200 Rs delivery charge.
                                      They confirmed the order, but at last moment replaced white by 4 pink lilies.
                                      When Delivery guy reached home, its vase was broken so we returned it.
                                      After that I got msg of delivery failure and my order is still undelivered.
                                      Pathetic service after charging such huge amount.
