      Good afternoon sir / madam,

      Please refer Order ID Order #42597665. I had ordered following products:

      (a) Qty 01 Yummy Black Forest Treat Cake Eggless- Half Kg - Rs. 549/-

      (b) Qty 01 5 Pieces Dairy Milk Chocolates 12 gram - Rs. 149/-

      I paid a total amount of Rs. 717/- for the said order.

      A parcel against the said order was delivered at my home on 05 May 23 at 3 PM whereas the item Qty 01 5 Pieces Dairy Milk Chocolates 12 gram was missing from the parcel. It is a very bad experience with Ferns N Petals and I never expected such a mean act from your esteemed company. It is very bad on the part of your company. I will go to the consumer court against this mean act. It is a forgery. It is breach of trust.

        I have ordered this product on 4th may morning
        After that I have requested them at 4th night to make some modifications in
        the item(changing the photos).
        But they are telling it's not possible because the product is already been
        dispatched.
        But the delivery date of the product when I ordered it was 8th May.
        So how can you dispatch the products too early when on the other hand your
        delivery date to be 8th.
        Well it's not my concern they should provide us one day flexibility atleast
        so that we can make some modifications in that otherwise what is the use of
        investing in their online products.
        Atleast they should provide some time to your customers to do some changes.
        What I gonna do with this product if it is not of my choice.
        It is totally waste.The product price is 2k.
        Do you think you gonna keep something which is not of your choice even you are investing a good amount in that????
        No right.
        And even the delivery date is not matching with the exactly what they have showed at the time of placing the order.So it is inconvenient as well.
        So either take my request to modify it or else cancel it and refund my money.
        Terrible customer service from this company.

          My experience has been pathetic, I got exactly opposite to what I ordered. It took more than 5 hours for my order to reach to its destination. I am highly disappointed and angry upon the service of ferns and petals. I wish to get a refund for this order because the gift was exactly opposite to what was shown in the picture.
          It has been a pathetic experience for me and I will never buy anything from you ever

              Fnp support is really bad. I tried for cancellation immediately after placing order as I have to place order for the same day but that was not possible from their end, somehow it was showing for the next day, might have picked latest slot by default. When I tried for cancellation they told me they will update and after multiple requests also they denied cancellation and even support team were not talking nicely. Customer satisfaction is not encouraged now in fnp. I request if somehow customer has to cancel the order they won't do, so ve aware before placing any order on fnp, try to avoid using fnp I would suggest.

                  I had placed a order which has been delayed a lot and the purpose of the order has gone in vain. Customer care executive Mr Shakib or whatever the name he said was really discorteous to his customer..and not able to provide any information and used aggreved language. By this service you people think can survive in this competitive workd where aftr ever one shop there is a cake shop. Just one word
                  PATHETIC service provider . Never again will order through it.

                    I have ordered a cake on Dec 31 for someone's birthday and they have cancelled it and they didn't even call the alternate number I have given ...and as usual they didn't pay the refund money...it's 567 rs...I thought they make people's bday memorable is this the way they make it memorable by stealing from them...if they don't refund me now I'm going to file a complaint in ministry of corporate affairs, GOI

                      Yesterday I ordered one cake for my
                      mom & dad anniversary (Order ID:[protected]. But they received very worst
                      quality of cake in different model and cake mesaage wrote on HBD mom & dad.
                      I attached that cake picture also which i ordered and what i got from fnp
                      for your reference. Now, I need my money back. I totally disappointed in

                        On 7th Feb, I placed an order[protected] total amt 1226/) for cake and flowers for 8th Feb between 8 am to 12 noon in Jaipur.

                        The order was not delivered by 1.30 pm and since no one was available at the given address post this time, I called customer care and asked them to cancel my order, They said they would do so.
                        I was told around 6 weeks ago that the amount was processed and I should check with my bank. I did so and they asked for a 12 digit transaction id which your executives failed to provide. I then shared the email below . I received a call around 15th march 2023 from one of their executives that the refund was not processed by the accounts department though they had sent it from their end and that it will now get done and I shall see the amount refunded within 1 weeks time.

                        It has been a month since my last follow up and I still haven't seen the amount refunded. So in total 9-10 weeks have elapsed since this issue started.

                            Hi ordered a packet of chocolate.. it's been two days already my order has not been delivered.
                            1) The application shows status of Dispatched since one day ... Post that no update on order.
                            Chocolate is a very basic thing a customer can ask for and does not require any preparation. Nor have been there any environment circumstances where the order is difficult to deliver.
                            Worst service ever, no updates to customer at all. Even it is a courier based service, no updates are available to fnp customer care as well. For a customer it sounds like my money is wasted as no clue where my packet is and no clue where it is.
                            I would never recommend FNP to anyone. It's better to order from local vendor and then send via intercity professional courier services atleast the order status and timely delivery is ensured. FNP just keeps it ears and eyes closed for courier based products. Zero ratings.

                              The plant didn't die for 48 hours. After a week it completely dried out. You cannot ask for 1300 rs for a plant with such poor quality. You have broken my trust. Don't do such cheap jobs and loose more customers. I am really pissed !!

                                I had a sad experience with Ferns & Petals very recently when I ordered flowers to be delivered to the USA.
                                The Flowers were delivered without any Greetings note and the recipient was wondering who had sent the flowers.
                                I complained and got assurance that F&P_ will give better service in future.
                                I have landed with a sad experience again for my above referred order --The bouquet to be delivered with a Vase for my sister and brother in law
                                at London. It was their Golden wedding Anniversary.
                                You may have a look at the photo which was ordered and the photo of what was delivered and that too without any vase.
                                My sister was very disappointed with the flowers and sent me a photo.
                                I feel I deserve a refund for the above order as it has not served the purpose of making the recipient happy about it.
                                You may think that Iam a person who always has a complaint. But my sincere request and suggestion to please improve your service

                                  Its regarding my fnp Order ID #41395056, placed yesterday afternoon for today morning delivery. Product is not available and they are checking this while enquiring about the delivery.. this is not done.. team is not bothered to check while taking the order and very conviniently saying no at time of delivery.. they don't understand the importance of such orders on special days of customer, what type of service they think they are providing.. its really pathetic.. won't recommend anyone to go with fnp and ruin their special occasions..

                                    Hi,

                                    I ordered couple of personalised items for my wife as valentines gift, item was delivered as faulty and I raised a complaint soon (within couple of hours of getting the faulty item delivered).
                                    After raising the complaint, I was asked to send a video of the faulty item which I did straightway, however to my surprise they kept asking for video again and again (for couple of days), and this is when I kept reply to their email with video attachment and also mentioning it on my email comments.

                                    It was like having an email conversation with a BOT, which has standard reply set i.e "Please send a video".
                                    After this game of asking for videos, finally got a response after a week that we can resend the product, please confirm if you want this to resend. I replied back again within few minutes to confirm that it's better to get the working item sent again as I ordered it as a gift.
                                    FNP team again didn't disappoint me, after no response for 3 days them I emailed them again for an update (and honestly I wasn't too surprised this time with their pathetic service) that we can't send the item again so please confirm if we can issue a refund.

                                    As I didn't have much choice this time, I asked for a refund. And their customer service team had another surprise for me, they issued a refund for a cheaper item instead of issuing the actual refund.

                                    Can you please help resolve this and take some action against these companies who are running this business of cheating their customers?

                                      I put an order through ferns and petal website.For that I have made payment of 803 ₹ on[protected] for the Samee day delivery i.e.[protected] but they didn't supply my order on time . I called delivery person various of times but i did not get any response and after 2 days when i called for my money back and compensation as my occasion has been spoiled due to their bad and worst service.
