My order no. 7898984 was supposed to be delivered today. But it was not delivered and the reason mentioned was address could not be found.

For your information address was 100% complete and other companies like amazon, flipkart, archies, flower aura etc. Have been delivering orders to the same address without fail.
I tried to call customer care multiple times but it was busy even after waiting for more than 5 minutes each time. I even wrote a mail to which i got reply stating that the order has been considered executed. This is absolute fraud and such companies should be banned from operations.

    I have ordered cake from ferns and petals and last moment they call us and tell that they will not be able to deliver in the area. This is really disappointing that at the time of occasion they refused to deliver and we have to face the disappointment due to this. I want this company should be given some punishment for doing such behaviour with the clients

      I would like to complain about Ferns N Petals about the product I bought on 14th November 2018.

      The product looks like https://www.fnp.com/gift/blue-orchids-vase-arrangement?pos=17 and please find the attachment I received. I asked about replacement/refund but no one is agreed to do so. Please help me to get back my money.

        I had ordered 4 things on my wife's birthday vide order no. 7792209, since i was out of town for office work. 1) birthday message which should have been printed or stick to the greeting card was shabbily written on a loose rough paper. 2) the teddy bear was pathetic like the one you buy from road side from a street hawker not more than rs. 20/- and it costed me rs. 300/- for a 6 inches teddy bear of poorest quality possible. 3) the lucky bamboo was almost dry when delivered and not of appropriate size as mentioned.

        I would advise never to buy from this website if you don't want to ruin your mood & celebration.

          Hi team,

          I raised an order for delivery, while i mentioned that give me a call if any issues on delivery.

          Fnp never delivered the goods as promised and make fake comments as they attempted to deliver.

          I requested them to share the proof that they were not available.
          I had called my dad after 9 'o clock twice to check on if he has received a call from anyone or somebody came to deliver the cake.

          In case the recipient was not reachable, as you say which is not true. Why was there no call made to me??
          I on submitting my order had made a clear request to the order taker as to give me a call if he is facing any issues as the time of delivery.

          I suppose that you people are goofing up and just telling false stories.

          There was no attempt made for delivery.
          I suppose if the person is aware about the address, he could have easily gone and delivered.

          The address is also not isolated location. Community center which was in the address is a prime location which anyone can know in udaipur.
          These are all false claim by the fnp, pathetic service of your.

          Infact i have clearly mentioned in the call yesterday, that i wont entertain any mails. I am not a free man who will keep on checking mails.
          I gave them instruction to call me on my cell, still you have reached out to me on mail.

          This is how i suppose you fool people and take money.

          Worst service ever, please give a call at the earliest. And make sure only that person calls who has the authority to really take action.

          Attempt for delivery should have a called received, but no call was received what so ever.
          Why did he directly not go the address.

            I have booked a order a bouquet & cake for my husbands for his birthday and selected a morning slot for delivery i. E. 8.00am to 12.00noon. And got a confirmation mail from fnp for the same as well. But when i enquired them for status of delivery there chat support executive told me that time slot has been changed to 12.00 to 15.00 due to unavoidable reason and you have been communicated for the same via mail. Though i have not got any mail till now. I requested them to cancel the order and refund the money they disconnected the chat. And now no response.

            Very poor service. Dont book from here and spoil your surprise and mood.

              not delivered / order changed without my knowledge/ not ready to refund my amount

              I have placed ordered flowers for anniversary. before place the order i have checked with customer care regarding delivery time. They told me place order and update the time with customer support for delivery time. in order only choice is standard time delivery 11 am to 9 pm. my husband's office timing is 9 am to 6 pm. i placed the order and spoke to customer support and informed about delivery time before 5pm. but till 4 pm no response....

              Ferns n petals delivered flowers in bad condition. Now i cannot gift the flowers so it became embarrassing for me. Then when i filed complaint. They said they will send some chocolates and appology letter. But they haven't done anything and now they are not responding to emails as well. Compainy incident:[protected]

              Can you tell me what are my options if they don't react to the compaint or emails?

              I feel when big company start feeling like it's ok not deliver quality and nothing will happen to them, there should be proper legal action that customers should be able to take against them.

                I m continously emailing but no response from you guys i have placed order (Is[protected] of 2gifts which was supposed to get deliver on 8th nov and 9th nov.. Today 10th nov i got msg saying security guard refusing entry, this is completely lie i checked with my recepient there is no security guard in there building how can you ppl lie to customer's i want immediate action on this, either deliver my gifts or i want refund asap

                This site is no more trustable for me now, track order option is completely useless also ppl sitting in customer are lieing. Please get immediate action on this

                  Our releatives placed order no.[protected] exbhaidooj50 &[protected]exbhaidooj5o on 9th november 2018 for delivery of sweets and roli, kumkum rice & daga instead of delivering the same, they delivered something which is highly inferior and not even one fourth of the price as the original product - even after taking into account their exorbitant prices.

                  When i called in the evening to their their sayeednagar bhubaneswar fern & petals branch did not pick up the call on mobile number nor the land line number. They delvery guy has no courtesy to delver at door step instead calls down three floor., the local partner who did delivery is not interested in the proper delivery since the business has been done.
                  Their phone are not reachable anymore.
                  They have cheated us and i do not know how many such customers.
                  They are a total fraud and no one should do any dealing with them

                    I placed the order Order no. 7738602 with Ferns n petals on 7th November and after making full payment and getting their confirmation for delivery my order was not delivered.
                    Since it is a flower delivery website which has lot of emotions attached and they also market it that way, so i expected them to be prompt on it and at least deal it with little professional way
                    I had to pick them up after 2 days and they responded very coldly towards it is alright to happen that way.
                    They instead of apologizing or accepting their mistake immediately tried to place the order for this day which makes no sense.

                    When i tried to reach out to them for help i found their behavior to be very cold towards it

                    I need a compensation for my loss and trauma and harassment. This would also be a fine to the company o that they take care in future

                      My order number 7563313 was to be delivered on 2/11/2018 rubbish is there site I didn’t get to know the status as customer care people also take 48hrs to update. Today I get to know what I ordered was out of stock then why did you confirmed it. It was my aunts birthday and Diwali in 2 dAyS solution I get you can send flowers or cake what are you talking about. I need compensation for this? How will u do it

                        The assured delivery date for this product was the 3rd of november 2018. I even got a text message with the blue dart tracking number.

                        But it was not delivered even on the 4th.

                        When i called up customer service, i was told there is nothing that can be done. They even refused to cancel this order.

                        This is a bhaidooj gift i wanted to send to my brother who going away on a trip. Now my brother will not get my gift and your customer service is so pathetic that the person i spoke with did not even sound apologetic for the upsetting experience.

                            Hello, i had ordered a bouquet of 12 long stem roses/flowers from ferns n petals (Fnp) as shown in their website picture, for delivery to my friend in the buffalo, new york, for total amount paid rs. 6, 448/- on[protected]. I got a confirmation email from fnp confirming the order and showing the picture of the flower bouquet ordered. Order # 7541086.

                            On the delivery date of oct 27, 2018, the recipient got the flowers bouquet, but the bouquet that was delivered was completely different, as, my friend sent me a picture of the bouquet received. I have all these on record with me as proof.

                            I sent a complaint to fnp about this and they simply responded saying and i quote..."we want to inform you that your order was delivered as per the description on the website."

                            So what fnp are doing is that they show products with pictures on their website and deliver a completely different and inferior product. This amounts to fraud. Kindly advise how fnp can be stopped from this fraud with future unsuspecting customers and how we can claim refund from them? I have attached pictures of the ordered flower as in their website and what they actually delivered.

                              I ordered birthday gift for my husband one month back (29/09/2018) to be delivered on the day of bday that was month later (27/10/18). I selected office hours for time slot as i didnot find any other option like they say. I made 5-6 request to deliver it before 4 pm. I waited for 4 days. They neither delivered it before 4pm and i called them so many times. They told it will take two more days for delivery. Now its been 6 days of shipment the order is not delivered yet. The courier service they chose 'bluedart' called my husband and told no services are provided to the address given, while the address was shown by ferns n petals in their site and they confirmed it. They took my money and the product is not delivered. And courier services denied to deliver and told this is mistake of ferns n petals. I want my product to be delivered before 4 pm today itself as promised by them. Ferns n petals is such a fraud site and making the customer fools by giving false promises.

                                I am here in dubai & i have placed an order of rs 1299/- on 10th of oct in kerala. They told me that they wouldn’t able to deliver in given address. I cancelled my order & asked for refund. They told me that i will get my money back after 7 to 10 working days but today is 28th oct still i haven’t received my money.

                                It’s not about the money it’s all about the trust.

                                  The gift was supposed to reach on 12th october. So the delivery guy was been in touch with the recipient on how to reach the place. Not only the delivery guy didnt deliver the gift but he delivered it to the wrong address and the website has been update has been delivered to the correct recipient.

                                  How can this work. That guy has no sense of bangalore address, then why the hell would you hire that guy. Its been one week and the gift hasnt been received properly.

                                  I was also talking to the customer support and i always get the same guy. He says it will be delivered the next day. This is what he says everytime. The customer support staff doesnt know how to talk to other people.
                                  Also, i submitted a complain to the fnp. The next day i receive a mail stating that the complaint request has been closed. How the hell did this happen.

                                  I demand to talk to your manager/head. This is out of control. I am letting the whole world know how the people at fnp treat you.

                                    I have ordered one cake and two pack of chocolate and one lucky bamboo written mom. And my order no 7335227, i ordered something else but i received very low quality and the different bamboo plant and only one pack of chocolate. When i called the team the lady ms jaya she was saying ma’am please calm down and you ordered bamboo plant so currently not available on our side so we have sent you the different product and again she was telling ma’am will resolve ur issue within 48hrs. What nonsense is this if you guys don’t have the product so why on ur website showing it and why i need to wait for so long if same day delivery you guys can done so why don’t you resolve the complaint. This just a fake company i suggest to every one not to order these people don’t know how to handing customers and services. You just making money in a wrong way. Better choose other side but this one. These ppl know how to spoiled someone special day and top of the you have to wait to resolve ur issue and no one will give you a call you have to call and again and again you have to tell ur issue and they just say ma’am wait 48 hrs.. What nonsense is this seriously worst experience and waste of money. Pathetic side and zero rating you deserve

                                      I had ordered a cake n greeting card to be delivered between the time 9am and 12pm, but the order was not delivered within that time. On calling the customer care they said they're unable to contact the delivery team and have registered a complaint n stated that the issue would be looked into as soon as possible. On checking the status of the order later on i saw that my order has been put on hold and the same customer care number is saying to be an invalid number. Irresponsible and unprofessional behaviour.
