Ferrero Rocher — live worms in hazelnut chocolates

My friend from Canada gifted me chocolates during Dec 2018. We are big fans of these Ferrero chocolates and we found initially taste was good. However this week we found live worms in the chocolates and were shocked. Being a traditional Hindu vegetarian family, we are very much upset.
We stayed in Germany for two years and know very well how to handle and store these chocolates. The BB/MA is 2019 July 18.
Please take this complaint seriously and resolve.

Normally they dont respond to the complaints posted here. As a customer you can directly file complaint with them.

When I opened the packaging of the chocolate, i saw a small insect roaming around, also the chocolate has small holes in this which is definitely made by the insect. This insect was already inside as soon as I opened it. I brought the pack of 24 chocolates and even the date is not expired yet
