I had purchased a 16 pack box at DMART - Hafizpet, Hyderabad, Telangana.
yesterday 7th May'2023. Today I opened and started eating one of them and as it tasted a bit different checked the chocolates to see that they had all white fungus on it. I opened 5 other from the box to find all of them had similar fungus on them.

The packed date is 25h Feb'23 and expiry date shows as 16th Nov'23!!

I love this chocolate and have always enjoyed having them. Even the 'Cream Stone' ice-cream that I have is always of this flavor! Now with this experience I will think twice before I have any chocolate, forget Ferrero Rocher!

I, Dr Prachi Bajaj wants to complain about quality of ferrero rocher which could literally made me sick like anything. I opened it a sealed box just in a thought of that it is an international brand and won't get spoiled before expiry date but I found white crystal colour bugs inside each and every ferrero rocher chocolate in 200 gm box which is having 16 pieces of chocolate. I am really feel so disappointed from such a popular international company.

I purchased a 16 chocolate box from Bangalore airport and found these white spots on my chocolates. The expiry date on the box says 02/2023.

Ferrero Rocher is my favorite chocolate among all the brands in the market. But while opening my new pack, I saw white spots on it and I was so much disappointed. Then I saw so many complaints on this thing. The brand should do something for this kind of things, please take into consideration.

Hi I bought Ferrero Rocher chocolates box of 30 Pcs for INR 1799 from Bangalore airport on 7th July and it was good then, Later to our surprise we see live maggots emerging out of all the chocolates.

Its awful and disgusting for a such a renowned brand world wide.

I purchased a Ferrero rocher chocolate box containing 48pcs.I later found out that half of my chocolates in that box(more than 20) have white maggots(alive) inside the chocolates.Some of the chocolates had even upto 10 maggots in one chocolate itself, which is awfully creepy

I bought a box of Ferrero rocher chocolate and could notice some white dots over the layer.
Could you please look into the issue and issue me a new box since we spent so much and couldn't eat that.

I am able to see white spots like fungus on the entire chocolate. This is a new packet which was just now opened. I am not at all expecting such type of issues with such a brand. Please pay me my money back or send a new choclate. I am writing this complaint as this can cause a severe health issues. Looking forward to hearing from the Ferrero Rocher Team with a positive response.

The expiary date of the product we purchased was on the upcoming month and there were some kind of eggs or some kind of fungal infecrion over the chocalate we purchased. I have the required picture and video to ensure the statements I am saying here. So kindly do the necessary things to ensure our customers advantage.

I purchased 2 boxes of Ferrero Rocher from BigW in Ipswich, QLD. The batch code details 053RA-N 329 and the Best before date is 19/11/2021.

The chocolates are so dry and tastes kind of stale. I am a fan of these chocolates but this time I was very disappointed as it tasted very dry and stale, where as I have always seen the outermost layer melting in my mouth.

Upset as also I did not get the value of $ I paid. Unsure how can I not be disappointed next time as these are one my favourite chocolate

Hi I have purchased ferrero rocher's 50 g packet . manufactured date:27/07/21, Purchased on 17/8/2021 and best before is 23/04/22. Chocolate is covered with white layer(seems like fungus). request you to please look into this on priority basis.

I bought a box of Ferrero Rocher (300 grams, 24 pieces) from Amazon recently and I handed it over to my 6 year old kid without inspecting the chocolates properly. My kid ate a couple of chocolates, and my wife, a bit later, noticed a strange thing in your chocolates. Upon inspecting closely, I noticed these very peculiar whitish grey spots on the outer layer. I believe it is some type of mould. I am freaking out now as my kid had been consuming it intermittently until we saw it. The product's expiry is in 2022. What kind of quality management is this? What if something happens to my kid?

today is my wifes birthday and i bought her 2 x ferrero 16
pack chocolates and in both packs the nuts taste stale and very bad like it expired a long time ago. We thought maybe its just one bad but they all were the same. Its a bad batch.

This gift was all i could afford as i am unemployed.
It ruined her day.

I bought this from checkers .

I am really disappointed as these are not cheap

I bought Ferrero Rocher on 29th Jan 2021 from a grocery shop. After 2 days, chocolates have got fungus on them. I opened 3-4 balls and fungus has grown on all of them.
This is seriously waste of money. Idk what a person would buy if it happens with chocolates like FR!
Totally disappointed.

I have bought two large trays of their chocolates with 24 chocs in the tray and even though they say their is A WHOLE HAZELNUT we have yet to find one their are how ever small slithers of nuts in some and NONE in some I'm very disappointed as I'm 65yrs old and don't have two much money to spend on luxury chocolates but I do treat myself every Christmas to these chocolates that are usually beautiful Best Before Date 30.06.2021 & L322x8 --

Bought a packet of Ferroro Rocher Chocolates from a nearby store worth Rs 830. The quality of the product was not that good as it was expected. The biscuit was not crisp and was able to see small particles of sugar in every piece. The MRP on the product printed was 1800. I was very disappointed receiving that bad quality chocolates of this very known brand. Please let me know what to should be done for those chocolates. Could you replace those chocolates.

The worst part is that there was no response from customer care number. I've called them more than 10times and no proper response.

Bought two egg's one was fine the other has turned white use by date is 26/05/2020. Lot no is LO73X2D291. The sweets that were in separate packaging was fine it was the colour on the egg that was off putting very disappointed in product.

I'm writing this email as im so disappointed with the ferrero rocher egg for £10 i purchased for my grandfather yesterday it is not what we expected the egg is just plain chocolate i thought it would have been like the ferrero rocher squirrels with the nuts i find this miss leading and i'm extremely uoset as this is my grandfather favourite chocolate and he is very disappointed.

When i opened the pack i was surprised, the whole lot of chocolates was spoiled, all chocolates were covered with white spots which we also call fungus, i didn't knew they were spoiled until i searched online,
I even fell ill after eating it, thankfully i only ate 2 though eating 2 is also bad but at least i didn't ate the whole.
Seriously i didn't expect something like this to happen
I will complaint about it in consumer court
And guys there who love ferrero plz don't ever buy ferrero they are not at all trustworthy

My friend has bought this ferrero rocher chocolate box worth rs.1875/- on 7th december 2019 at rajiv gandhi international airport - hyderabad as a gift for my wife as she's fond of this chocolate, we have just given birth to our son, who is 4 months old and my wife is still in the process of feeding. This box is a pack of 24 pieces and without even knowing that the chocolates are contaminated, she has consumed 10 pieces just blindly trusting the brand. Later we discovered that there is a change in the flavour and after taking a closer look, found that it has a layer of fungus on all the pieces. Immediately we had to go on bottle feed for the baby to make sure that everything is fine with the mother and the child. We had to go through a lot of stress and mental trauma because of this unexpected incident. We reported this to the company, and they reverted back with an email requesting for the product sample, but the local dealer from coimbatore mr. Arul - [protected], approached us directly forcing us to return the complete package in return for a new box. We turned him down, but he was persistently calling me and my wife to convince returning the box with all the remaining pieces and denied to take just the samples. It grew suspicion and i told him to go back. Just to see how far they are ready to come down, i demanded 2 boxes of the same as compensation and he was ready to make the deal and informed that he had to go back to his office and pick the 2nd box.
If these people are trying to just shut our mouths just by replacing it, i will not let it go. I definitely need to be heavily compensated for this threat.
The manufacturing date is 24/6/2019 and the expiry date is 20/3/2020

I bought a ferrero rocher box when i opened it there was white fungus dots in it. All the trust towards your company is gone. You are selling chocolates at a premium price without considering the quality how cheap is it. Will u eat the same fungus chocolate? What if i eat unkowningly and something happens to me. The truth is i ate one now i feel bad about it.

Whole my life have been relishing ferrero brand. My son doesn’t like another brand. This ferrero box from karol bagh i found bugs and fungus which i discovered after my son fell ill from having half the box. Who is responsible for such bad quality. Should not ferrero be responsible for the difficulty we suffer. Or the hype about the brand has taken a toll.
I want to know how can i stop this quality compromise, not let such stale...

I bought a ferrero rocher packet of chocolate and I found live worms in it . I bought it from a super market in Mumbai and very disappointed with the quality you serve .My son ate the chocolate and got very bad stomach infection. My friend from Canada gifted me chocolates during Dec 2018. We are big fans of these Ferrero chocolates and we found initially taste was good. However this week we found live worms in the chocolates and were shocked. Being a traditional Hindu vegetarian family, we are very much upset.
We stayed in Germany for two years and know very well how to handle and store these chocolates. The BB/MA is 2019 July 18.
Please take this complaint seriously and resolve.

I am complaining today about finding a ball of hair in my ferrero rocher chocolate i first found one long hair tangled so i threw that one away and then eating another one i had a ball of hair in my mouth which made me physically vomit and as you can appreciate ferrero rocher or not cheap. So i treat myself to one box every so often as i really enjoyed them but i had to throw away the rest of the chocolates out the box thank you for your time miss l turner

I bought Ferrero Rocher from Kolkata (India).It was a pack containing 16 ferrero rocher and each and every chocolate had fungus on it when I opened it.I checked the expiry date and it was not expired.Its very disgusting and unethical way of doing business.If by mistake I or any one in my family had eaten these fungal infected chocolates, who would have been held responsible for its ill-effects.I am really disgusted and shocked by this event....
