Ferrero Rocher — my son got ill after having bugs and fungus in ferrero rocher

Whole my life have been relishing ferrero brand. My son doesn’t like another brand. This ferrero box from karol bagh i found bugs and fungus which i discovered after my son fell ill from having half the box. Who is responsible for such bad quality. Should not ferrero be responsible for the difficulty we suffer. Or the hype about the brand has taken a toll.
I want to know how can i stop this quality compromise, not let such stale stuff enter our markets. Plz revert. Serious matter.
