I ordered an earphones from the indian website of ptron but they have delivered the broken product, from that very moment i have been trying to contact them but there is no response from that side, even though i have registered a complaint on their contact us option but they didn't revert to it. I have purchased a Fevi kwik from a shop in Tezpur, Assam but the tube was empty. it was filled with air and no adhesive material. Please note that the packet was sealed so the shopkeeper has not refunded the amount. Such incident may ruin the image of the company. Please advise what should be my next step.
