Dear Customer Service,

ORDER PT244328
I am writing to express my extreme frustration with the service regarding my order of wired earphones placed on 8th July. It has been 9 days, and I have not received my order, nor have I received any updates on its status. This is completely unacceptable.

I demand the immediate cancellation of my order and a full refund of my payment. If this issue is not resolved...

After 7 month of purchasing the product. The craftsmanship was not good the product was fading and falling. Even the audio quality was getting bad. So I claimed for warranty, I got a mail to send the product back to office after sending the product they said they will valuate the product and replace with a new product with 7 to 10 days. After that mail I have not received any mail or tracking number. I tried to contact them via their number provided in website, it is always busy. Now I am trying to get refund for the product as I don not believe in the product or their customer service. They have taken the product back and they are providing with refund or new product.

              I jitish sharma Block no.12, house no.195 Trilok Puri Delhi -110091, I brought ptron ear buds from amazon on 19.10.22. vide order no.[protected] dated 18.10.22 vide invoice no.DEL[protected]. My ear buds not working and i try to replace it from delhi outlet of ptron but IInd time he not replaced and tell me that i send it to Banjara Hill HYDERBAD for new one. I send my ear buds through Trackon couriers Pvt.Limited on 06.04.2023. But till date 08.05.2023 Iam not received my replaced/new ear buds from ptron office Banjara Hill HYDERABAD.
              PLs replace/new ear buds send to me at my above mention address urgently.

                  Dear Customer Service,

                  I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the product I recently purchased from your company. Specifically, the pair of earbuds that I received were faulty and one of the earbuds was missing a significant part, making it impossible to use.

                  I had high hopes for these earbuds as they were marketed as a top-quality product with superior sound quality and comfort. However, upon receiving them and attempting to use them, I quickly discovered that one of the earbuds was missing a part. This not only made it impossible to use that earbud, but it also affected the overall sound quality of the product.

                  I have tried contacting your customer service team multiple times to address this issue, but have not received a satisfactory response. I have been told that the missing part cannot be replaced, and that I must purchase a new set of earbuds in order to have a working pair. This is completely unacceptable.

                  As a consumer, I expect the products I purchase to be of a certain quality and to function as advertised. When a product is faulty, I expect the company to take responsibility and make things right. I have been greatly inconvenienced by this experience and I feel that I have been let down by your company.

                  I would like to request a full refund for the defective product, as well as compensation for the time and effort I have spent attempting to resolve this issue. I hope that you will take this matter seriously and take steps to ensure that other customers do not have to go through a similar experience in the future.

                        Purchased PTron Pulse Fitness Activity Tracker Watch Band on 9th Feb 2022 and within 6 months belt is broken. I visited Ahmedabad Ptron customer service center but I disappointed there as there is no facility to repair Petron watch band.

                                  Yes, the warranty period of my purchase is over but, after one year o[censored]sage the product got repaired and when I called the customer service they told that they will repair the products that only with warranty, I told them I will pay them for the battery but they are not willing to repair my product. This is not fair, after the warranty period what can I do with the product? Only for one year usage? I need justice.

                                      Hello Team Ptron,

                                      This is to notify you all that I have purchased Ptron earphones in the month of August 2022 online from Amazon and only in 4 months it has become defective. To be clear there is no sound coming from one of the ear cords.

                                      While ptron claims to be 1 year warranty, it has not managed to work even for 5 months properly . Please look into it and provide me a replacement for the same.
