    Dear Team,
    I have purchased ptron watch on 12 January 2023 through amazon . But suddenly now the watch display is not working. It is under 1 year warranty period.
    I have tried contacting on Amazon and ptron customer service numerous times . I have received no response.Infact I'm writing this mail second time.
    Kindly look into the matter, I'm attaching the required details in this email. And assist on the same on priority basis.

            Yes, the warranty period of my purchase is over but, after one year o[censored]sage the product got repaired and when I called the customer service they told that they will repair the products that only with warranty, I told them I will pay them for the battery but they are not willing to repair my product. This is not fair, after the warranty period what can I do with the product? Only for one year usage? I need justice.

                Hello Team Ptron,

                This is to notify you all that I have purchased Ptron earphones in the month of August 2022 online from Amazon and only in 4 months it has become defective. To be clear there is no sound coming from one of the ear cords.

                While ptron claims to be 1 year warranty, it has not managed to work even for 5 months properly . Please look into it and provide me a replacement for the same.

                    This letter is in reference to the earphone order which was placed on 25 September 2022 bearing Order#[protected].

                    I beg to inform you that one of my delivered product is found out to be faulty and the issue with the same is the sound from one side of the earphone stops working. The product was delivered on 29 September 2022 and being in warranty, it is to request you to kindly replace the same at the earliest. I've tried to contact the company's customer care through contact and mail but haven't received any reply.

                          My order status. On web site complaint page is also not display.

                          When I will get my order staus? And how can I track it?

                            I purchased this product on 30 july 2022. and after 1 month one earpod is not recieving any input hennce giving no voice and also it under the warranty kindly replace it or return it as soon as possible. also my lot of work is stuck in the middle due to this issue

                                I registered a complaint yet now not resolved a week passed

                                I registered a warranty claim for my earbuds as it right side was not working after 5 months but no response from them a week passed and they assure within 48 hrs issue will be resolve. why the give such promises when they cant keep.i will surely drag this to court and being a lawyer it will be very easy for me.are they fooling normal peoples who r buying their products.what they think that money comes tree. normal peoples money has no value...
