Dear Sir,
For your information regarding irregularity of classes particular at Renusagar study center, we already contacted/complaint so many times by phone and by written through whatsup but we have not satisfactory solution .

The availability of Physics and mathematics classes are not good .Math teacher not clear the doubt .
JEE Mains and / Advance exam are on the head in such a crucial time, we want your help and for completion of syllabus/practice/clear doubt clearence and subsequent regular tests and discuss on papers.

Fiitjee bokaro center is not taking any other tab for installation other than samsung. In the brochure its written that samsung tab A10 or Lenovo tab m10 can be purchased but they are saying software will not be installed in tab other than Samsung....

I was posted in fiitjee jaipur center from june 2013 to nov 2018. the salary deduction started in june 2018 without any intimation and information and also our salary slips were kept on hold and there was no communication made regarding the salary deduction. salary credit date was also not sure when and how much salary will be paid to us. So i left the organisation on 20th of november 2018.
No, i am eligible of gratuity under these circumstances but i am denied for that and also i havent recieved the deffered salary.

We had enrolled our child in Fitjee for a 3 year programme from Class 10 to Class 12 and paid the initial joining fees of Rs.1.05 lacs. Fitjee asked us to pay another 1.5 lacs in the next 3 months. We asked them for some more time to pay this amount as we were not very sure if our son would be able to continue with the classes since we observed his school work getting affected due to Fitjee. We therefore sent a mail to them stating that we are taking an intermittent break for 3 months. After the break, we wrote to them to restore our classes back, they verbally told us that the admission is cancelled and there will be no refund of our fees. We then visited their Gurgaon office with our plea but they declined to entertain us. We have made a number of attempts to reach out to someone in their head office but there has been no response. I just want to say that if the student is ready to pay the entire fees including for the time that he took a break for then on what basis can FITJEE stop is candidature.

Hello, im Sanaskrita and fiitjee has not refunded my money for 12th grade. im in 11th now and havent attended any classes for 12th due to some reasons.

My Siste, r Ishika Sinsinwar, was admiited in Fiitjee 1year program (Gurgaon centre) with enrollemnet no[protected].

She took admission on the basis of Xtra Ray Edge Test (2019) and was given Rs 30, 000 scholarship. But they took the full fees and refunded only Rs 7, 500 in February, 2020. After that I have been calling their office in Gurgaon every month for remainder amount but they gave excuses due to corona we are not...

I had participated in the Big Bang Test of Fitjee which is of 3 hrs. It was an online proctored test. Within just a few minutes of starting the test, the proctor said that all students should not use any unethical methods. Then they started saying it continuously and was just spamming it then and I could not give attention to the test... I finally replied that I was not cheating. The proctored replied very rudely and said that they can see everything... Then they said to look at the camera and not turn my head... I being very confused and angry at the false accusation was getting, still did what he/she said. Then they said that I was navigating to the other page and commented falsely on my personality saying that they don't want bad students like me. I was very much infuriated at that time but still kept my cool and said that "Dear Sir/Ma'am, I think you are making a mistake. I have not got any navigation warning on my screen and I don't think I have also clicked at anything else other than the test window. They said that I don't have to teach them their job. I didn't say anything for a while and then asked whether I could take a rough copy. They didn't say anything and a lot later they again said that someone was beside me and I was talking to him. They didn't replied to the previous msg. I had to rotate the camera to prove that I wasn't cheating. Fitjee has given the worst treatment to a candidate possible and I was very depressed for a long time that they would deduct my marks for nothing.

I would recommend anyone seeing this not to join Fitjee as their behavior is very rude and they have scammed lots of other unfortunate students like me. Their teaching is also not good and their language is very bad. I would suggest getting courses from Unacademy where they teach better than this bad instituition.

I had enrolled my son, sarthak taneja for 3 year classroom program at fiitjee gurgaon on 19-feb-2019.

We were given 2 choices for course fee and attached course fee plan was selected and agreed for weekend classroom program.
We were required to pay total fee of inr 401, 928 as per course fee plan.

Because of covid, fiitjee moved to online classes since beginning of class xi - since apr 20 onwards. However, the online methodology adopted by fiitjee completely found to be ineffective.
• there are frequent network issues and teachers are not able to connect with students under the constraints.
• there is no feedback for student performance from teacher.
• there is no parent / teacher session held since starting of class xi.
• there is no attendance log shared by fiitjee whether student regular / not regular
• fiitjee didn’t bother if phase books are collected by students while online classes continue.
I had visited fiitjee a month back and expressed my displeasure on the above and provided candid feedback. I spoke to fiitjee administration staff and explained the unprofessionalism of fiitjee and how it compares to other education providers.
I also spoke to subject teachers maths and chemistry teachers expressed my concerns. Both of them admitted over phone that due to covid, they are unable to provide justice to students.

As the situation is not improving & it is likely that fiitjee may not return to classroom session soon, i am not interested to continue with this 3 year classroom program for my son.

This is no longer classroom and education services provided are not satisfactory. I have asked refund of inr 169, 172 and now await response from fiitjee on the above.

Fiitjee is a reputed education service provider and i hope they understand the situation and process refund.

My daughter joined the 2 year pinnacle program at fiitjee, saifabad for 2020-22. We paid the entire fees of 2 years of rs. 3.89 lakhs. Once the classes started my daughter got very depressed because there was no proper teaching methodology and the teachers were very fast without explaining the concepts and taking all the children throgh the subjects.

Looking at her situation, we decided to withdraw her. Since then we have been trying to contact the concerned person mr. Sudhakar. We sent mails and they are not reachable through phones to request them to return the fees, we paid. Fiitjee, i realised it is a cheater institute. I need help in taking them to court if they do not respond and refund the fees.

We paid 25000 in fiitjee's account as oer they guided us for admission but we never took it forward. and we had been getting promisses from past one year for the refund but didng got yet. we spoke to Mr. nitin who sits in haus khas branch. he also told that some 10% amount will be charged and reat 90% will get imrefunded in next one month and so. but its been more than a year and we didnt got any payment form your side. we also submitted bank statement and other necessary doccuments as they asked on 20th of augst 2019.

request you to kindly make the payment as soon as possible.

I am student of 12th passout batch at fiitjee sop doranda, ranchi, i've paod the whole fee of an year and yet there are merely very very few classes from the institution, how are we supposed to be okay with it, whereas the same institution at other branches are taking bery regular classes, why its unfair for us, this is my first step if you won't respond and dare to ignore i'll complaint an fir against you.

Due to medical condition our kid is unable to continue fiitjee. We submitted all the medical records to the authorised person @ fiitjee, and have requested for refund on a pro-rated basis. However there is no response from fiitjee. We have paid around 1 lakh nov 2019. And june 1 st 2020 on wards we discontinued fiitjee.

I quit fitjee but this samsung galaxy tab a is of no use for me
I want to use my tab as normal tab
But this tab is showing only fitjee contents

Fiitjee is very bad as they contain a policy which has taken admission test and it and they give admission the students who scored not well in exams and after that joined institution they facing very problems and sometimes they want their refund but fitjee is not giving refund we want our funds. And teachers are very strict and also poke fun if student does not know something

I got 100percent waiver in big bang edge test but i am in batch esankalpP022ap8 south delhi panini Shubham pandey EN[protected], my friends got 90 percent but are in ap3 we are friends from 2 class and I other my 2 friend's of ap3 studies at night, we find it difficult to study together due to change in teacher and completeion of syllabus, this decreased my marks in phase 1 i contact mr pankaj[protected] and vivek[protected] but they blocked me??what it shows about ur institute .u think us as financial advisers not taking care of bright students, i requested both of them for 3 days my eyes filled with tears but they blocked me, i guarantee my marks will increase if i am in esankalpP022ap3 and i deserve it but no care about students urs rigours staffs are silent killers for one future, i think u are understanding my problem if not i cant explain bcz i am shocked that i admission in fiitjee without knowing its staffs, A single help from ur side can bright my future .

I took admission in fiitjee in class 12 through big bang edge test. We were going to have classes 4 days a week. But due to the coronavirus pandemic everything went online and we are having long classes of 5 hours six days a week because of which i am unable to cope with it. We're being taught 11th and 12th syllabus alternately because of which i am unable to focus on any of them completely....

My mail dated 27th may to fiitjee dwarka about the withdrawl of my ward anshul sharma from the institute. The child has not attended anything after december 2019 and we have been trying to convince. However the study patterns is of no help and is hampering his school. He discontinued going, we requested to change the batch and the institute said not possible.

Hi fiitjee dwarka team,

This is to formally document my concern of my ward anshul sharma, student of class xii currently for whom i had persuaded the fiijee weekend classes under 2 years program.

He has been constantly showing his apprehensions in attending the weekend classes since nov-dec 2019 with regards to the batch he was accommodated in. We had requested for a change at the reception and were clearly denied due to the classes students were fitted in already.

Enclosing scanned copies of cheques i had paid totalling to about inr rs.4 lakhs for the 2 year program and the child had hardly attended the classes until dec 2019.

Requesting your urgent attention to the fee refund of whatever possible amounts that can be paid back to me. We are salaried class people who had kept few savings for the bright future of our child and i had invested this saved amount on him considering his enhancements in the career directions ahead. However, to the most disappointment, every weekend class has been a challenge.

As verbally confirmed with ankit & mr. Madan, i will come in person with the tab once the lockdown is over and will get the configuration of fiitjee removed from the tab to ensure it can be further used by my younger son as the tab also costed me approx. Inr rs.34, 000/-.

Kindly acknowledge receipt of the mail and request you to guide me to the fee refund process to the best of the way possible.

I am writing this letter to express my concern for the study of my son abhishek anand student of fiitjee batch no (Csty921c01). The batch was started on 18th june and he discontinued in december (2019). As he was not satisfied with the teaching system of the institute. Regarding this i have complaint so many times but got no response. However, i regret to inform that i am getting highly frustrated with this attitude. I have already given full fee for 2 years course in fiitjee. I am not satisfied by the opaque method of the institute. My son does not want to attend his further class. I found fiitjee to be a deterrent to his school studies also as his school marks was getting low day by day. I am unable to understand what are the educational and professional criteria of the faculty. If they are well educated why they are not able understand their student needs and make them comfortable what they teach. While paying high amount i thought fiitjee class will improve his knowledge but there is no improvement. I have completely lost all my satisfaction from fiitjee. Therefore fiitjee is requested to please refund my hard earned asap. I have high hope and expectancy from institute that it will help in taking some strict action and will make my immediate refund of my money.
Please refund the fees of class 12th including [books price and gmp price =rs15400, infrastructure fee =rs17400, tuition fee =rs33100, examination fee =rs2500, fee for online test series =rs17700, admission fee and demand draft fee =rs81300]
