Fiitjee — Centre Closed in BHILAI C.G. but fee not refunded

Address: FIITJEE House, 29-A, Kalu Sarai, Sarvapriya Vihar, (Near Hauz Khas Bus Terminal), New Delhi-110016

I got my son admitted in FIITJEE 4 years classroom course at their Bhilai Chhattisgarh centre.
My son attended during the 1st year.
In second year they closed their centre due to internal problems.
Now I am seeking 3 years fee refund from them.
Have send e-mail request to them, also submitted an application at their Bhilai Centre long back.
No response as yet.
