[Resolved] Fiitjee — samsung tab loaded with mdm & mypat and now not able to reset to factory setting

I brought samsung tab a (T590) from usa and provided to fiitjee centre in pune for loading of mypat software.
After loading mypat software & mdm, it is informed that this tab is not suitable to run mypat and it should be t-595 model only.
Now i want t-590 tab to be reset to factory condition so that i could return it to usa and fiitjee could not do it.
I need solution how to reset it to factory condition (It is showing error : mdm does not allow factory reset) so that it could be returned.
