Fiitjee — complaint against ms. saritha and mr. ramesh - insult and harassment

Hi, my name is chandrashekar s from hyderabad. This is the second complaint that i am raising against ms. Saritha and mr. Ramesh who had insulted and harassed me just because my son who studied at fiitjee and now pursuing his b. Tech. At iit, even though is eligible for an award announced by fiitjee, i was insulted and harassed by mr. Ramesh and ms. Saritha by using harsh words like 'over reacting","irritating" for asking a simple question as to what documents needed to be submitted and even went on to challenge saying that i could report this to mr. Ananda raman (Head of fiitjee, ts) as well as to the management at hq and said that no action can be initiated against her and mr. Ramesh.
I feel both an insult and harassment because fiitjee by announcing this kind of awards to meritorious students in front of the entire world doesn't provide proper info. As to what documents needs to be submitted but in the back end/ back ground calls the parents and encourages such staff to insult and harass the parents as if the amount comes from their pocket and also talk in a very rude manner as if they own fiitjee and we the parents work under them and feel that they can dictate their commend over the parents.
As a parent i feel not only sad but also am ashamed that my son studied at fiitjee and that he is being asked to receive the award on one hand and on the other hand the management of fiitjee encourages its staff to insult and harass the parents as if they had to beg for the award.
Also, ms. Saritha has stopped me even to speak or share this incident with the management as well as with other people/ parents in a very commanding way and i felt that she was trying to give a threat to me.
If no action gets initiated against her and mr. Ramesh not only i will publish this incident in different media (Whatsapp, fb etc.), but also will file an fir in the police comm.'s office, hyd. And would mention that i will be taking the extreme step of committing suicide and would make ms. Saritha and mr. Ramesh as well as fiitjee management responsible for the same as there is no communication or action being initiated against both these staff even after i had communicated to the management many times as this incident took place almost 10 days ago.
If my dying would give pleasure and happiness to the entire staff and management of fiitjee so be it which in turn can go to the public and give some reason stating that mr. Chandrashekar died and we would celebrate his death by harassing more parents in the future as a wonderful practice so that more parents can commit suicide.
