Bad staff behaviour!
No respect for customers!
I have a really bad experience with the fine furniture kharadi outlet.
"riyaaz" at the shop just talks decently till you place your order and give him the advance. Thereafter, no guarantee of delivery.
We places an order of 1, 23, 000₹ on march 1, 2020. With a promise of delivery by march 6, 2020. We only got a dining table which was readymade. The ones ordered for manufacturing is yet (July 11, 2020) a question for delivery.
He owes 27, 000₹ and has yet not given our bedroom set and coffee table but keeps giving dates taking excuse of lockdown due to corona even though most of the shops are functional and says that just a minimal finishing remains neither is he returning us our money.
Whenever you go to his shop, there is some customer shouting at the staff for order delivery and quality of service and their behaviour to handle customers. Was this information helpful? |
