Fintrade Financial Services — regarding the personal loan of 3.5 lac

I have applied for the personal loan of 3.5 lac. This company told me that you will get the loan with in 7 working days. They have provided me the loan confirmation letter and verification report. After that, they called me for the login charges of inr 2000, i have deposited at that time and after that they have called me again for the another amount of inr 4500 for the loan processing charges. I have deposited and they sent me the agreement letter. For the money, they called me every time. I called them for the agreement how to fill they are not receiving my call. One time they receive the call they told me how to fill the agreement but they told me one thing as well once you will get the loan disbursal letter after that you will fill the form. Have not get any disbursal letter from 3 days i have called numerous times and there is no response. There is the person whose name is rahul aggarwal is also not receiving my phone call. How can i solve this issue? Please help me to resolve this concern
