I placed an order on 14 May 2021, and the order was confirmed (order number 235577. The delivery slot mentioned was 10 am to 12 pm. The product was not delivered up to 12 noon, post that I checked with customer care, they mentioned it will be delivered in 20 mins. I received call from store by 12.30 pm and they mentioned stock is not available. Why you guys not updated in the morning, if the stock was not available. I would have arranged it from somewhere else. I can't go out and get the meat due to lockdown. The outside shops opened until 12.00 noon only. The response from the store and customer service is pathetic. The store is mentioned that we don't know what customer care committed. I don't know what alignment they have internally?

They delivered the product after frequent calls, however, the product quality is not up to the mark.
