Incorrect product delivered. When we asked for replacement it is more than one and half an hour. Still product is not delivered. Service is very poor. Order #[protected]. Customer service and store manager are not reliable.

      Order No :[protected] placed on 31st to be delivered on 1st, did not receive
      what I ordered but received a message in the evening stating package delivered (cash on delivery)

      Order No :[protected] placed on 5th to be delivered on 6th, received a MESSAGE stating package shipped at 7AM its 11.30 still not received

        Ordered meat in fipola no update on my order came I waited for more time its showing my order is shipped morning 8am still i dint recieve my order...tried calling customer care no response paid money through online

          I have ordered meat for today. I have received message saying your package has been shipped to my location. but i haven't received anything. I tried calling your customer support, no one answers. I mailed to your support mail id - [protected]@fipola.in, didn't get reply

            Placed few items through ORDER #243577, upon receiving I found that fish is missing and tried to contact the delivery person, he asked me to contact the customer support, I tried to reach them through (+[protected], send email to support and also through the facebook page. There is no response from them so far. I will keep it updated here.

              I placed an order on 14 May 2021, and the order was confirmed (order number 235577. The delivery slot mentioned was 10 am to 12 pm. The product was not delivered up to 12 noon, post that I checked with customer care, they mentioned it will be delivered in 20 mins. I received call from store by 12.30 pm and they mentioned stock is not available. Why you guys not updated in the morning, if the stock was not available. I would have arranged it from somewhere else. I can't go out and get the meat due to lockdown. The outside shops opened until 12.00 noon only. The response from the store and customer service is pathetic. The store is mentioned that we don't know what customer care committed. I don't know what alignment they have internally?

                I have ordered chicken lollipop (buy 1 and get 1 free) offer on 21.11.20 vide order No. 184999 with a delivery instruction to deliver on 21.11.20 6 PM slot. But I received a call from Fipola customer care stating that only one box of lollipop is available and asked me to swap other items. But I insisted that I need only chicken lollipop and I am prepared to wait for a delivery till next day morning 22.11.20 by 9.30 am for which they have agreed to supply as per my order on 22.11.20 by 9.30 am.

                But again on 22.11.20, I received a call from their customer care executive stating that chicken lollipop is not available though they have agreed to deliver the same and requested me to swap. Since I have no other choice but to heed to their business tactics of selling unsold stock to the customers by taking false orders. They agreed to deliver the swap item of chicken 65 within half an hours time. Time was running out even at 1 pm the order was not delivered. I tried calling their customer care which kept me waiting for 5 minutes and getting disconnected automatically. This has happened for almost an hour and my try of more than 5 times without having an opportunity to speak to their customer care. Then I sent a mail to them narrating the harrowing experience I had with them . Around 2 Pm their customer care executive called and said even the swap item of chicken 65 is not available and wanted me to swap for some other item. This time I got wild and shouted at them for their unethical business standards. At last around 3 Pm they supplied chicken 65 which is of no use as the purpose for which it was ordered was lost doe to untimely delivery. i want to sue FIPOLA for their unethical business standards and mental agony suffered by me becuase of this.

                      Have ordered food related purchase (fish) through Fipola app.(May 20)
                      Amount is taken 746 Rs. But order got failed.
                      Have sent messages to chat, email but no proper message.Ver poor customer support. No.phone call facilities also.

                      They are saying Razorpay is payment gateway and they provide amount. But they day it might take 14 days . Too much of time and also no proper confirmed.
                      During covid 19 we order items through online this kind of behavior will force to people come out.
                      Order didn't deliver despite dozens of follow ups

                      I ordered chicken suasage and fish fillet from Fipola. At 6 am in the morning the person came and started to call ! I took the order and the person forgot to collect money. 2 hours later the delivery person called again and I paid him via google pay.

                      However, I realized only after paying that the sausages were missing. I tried calling at least 20 times to their customer care and couldnt' connect. Through the delivery person, I managed to speak to the manager and committed to resolve the issue and send the sausage next day but nothing arrived. We tried calling again several times and till not the sausage has not been delivered.

                      Absolutely pathetic organization - no service capability at all. Call center is in name only and never connects and there's no way you can raise complaints. I am NEVER going to buy anything from Fipolo again.
