I ordered a smartwatch Cobra . They sent the defective watch once so i go for return they said they have only replacement policy so i accept it but, since from last 6 months I'm calling customer care but not getting proper information on the replacement. Everytime getting different answers and false commitments from customer care. I am fed up with all this😡 . It is out of tolerance. Fire boltt customer service are not ethical and professional. what is going on in fire bollt company, I can't tolerate all this much now. Fire boltt is a Fraud company . They making money by scamming people. I need refund but they are not giving. I think i have wasted my money on fire boltt company. Was this information helpful? |
