I have purchased a watch from them few months back. The watch was of very inferior quality to what was shown in videos. The watch stopped working in sometime. I have emailed their customer support. No replies for weeks. Then after chasing for 1 month, they collected the watch. Thereafter no response from them. No replies to emails. Then one day the ticket got closed.
This company is a big time scam and its co-founders (Arnav, Ayushi) are very big scam-artist. Whoever is reading this please don't waste your hard money by seeing the brand ambassadors of this company. This company is faking everything. Was this information helpful? |
