Fire Boltt — Non working product sent

I have never faced such issues with direct purchasing with the reputed company. but i have order 1 smart watch, and i received with many complaints,
Ninja Pro Max smart watch.

1. First of all, i have received the Open box, which is not Sealed. Which is already used as an open product.
2. There is no seal tap on it.
3. 3 year old manufacting date product,
4. Device was not able to charge the device and it is not even switching on the device..
5. The color which i have ordered, i have not received. I have ordered with Champange Gold, but i did not receive the correct product.
6. Received different product with differe color.
7. Device is not even switched on. Since it is a Physical problem and unable to switch On the device.
8. I tried reaching the customer care the moment once i received the product, around 10 pm on 26th september, since i received the courier from blue dart only around 9.30 pm.
but the customer sercive was not operating at that time. and sunday was on leave. Just this morning 28 aug i called the customer care and gave
the complaint.

I have ordered Fire Boltt smart watch in the name of Narayana On Aug 21st 2023, and the product got delivered on 26th September 2023 around 9.30 pm.

Please find the attached list of pictures and the video of the product received. FULLY DAMAGE AND NOT WORKING AND NOT FUNCTIONING AND OLD OLD PRODUCT.
