Fire Boltt — Product replacement

I purchased a fireboltt supreme smartwatch from amazon on 16.02. 2022 within 2 days the watch stopped working. When reached out to amazon they told to reach out to seller then I raised a request through fire boltt webpage (request no. 75006) on behalf of this request on 17th March I received a replacement approval mail. Then after few days the watch was picked up by there courier service, since then no response of my emails and their customer service do not respond when even you can it would put on hold tone and then disconnect. Right now I have paid the money and do not have the product.
