I ordered the Fire-Bolt Ninja Call Pro smart watch through Amazon on September 24th as a gift for my fiancé. After 15 days o[censored]se, the watch faced a display problem. So we tried to exchange it with a fire bolt. They received the product and after a week they sent the new product to my local address (Mangalore). I live in Bangalore so when I returned to my home (Mangalore) (after about 10 days) I opened the box I got from Fire-Bolt for the second time. But the product inside the box was the wrong product (Fire-Bolt Phoenix Bluetooth Calling). So I requested Fire Bolt to send me the product which I ordered. A week after the date of the complaint (Dec 8, 2022) they responded to me that " replacement/ wrong product will not be initiated by the customer is in the package not notified within 24 hours of receiving the product." But what should I do now? . I gifted it to my fiancé who loved it so much that I invested a lot of time in choosing it. But now the company is pushing me to fit with the product they sent. How is that possible? I want the product I liked and ordered otherwise they (Fire-Bolt) should give me a refund.
