I raised a complaint for replacement because device is getting of and on continuosly by its own, but they said there is a stock issue and tell that wait for 15 to 20 days but now it is about 2 months to go, but not yet resoveld the problem, on my more than 40 ti m es of request they ready to provide me a alternate product but that was also not a desire watch always there is something that i cant take like they provide me watch of pink colour im not a girl so that will not suits me but they are so much irresponsible that they are not giving value to their customer i am very much disappointed and i will never buy a watch of fireboltt again and not recomend it also to anyone. the worst and poor service at everypoint worst customer service ever Was this information helpful? |
