I bought the Fire-Boltt Snapp, and after about a month o[censored]se, the watch started draining battery very fast and shut down. Since then, it has never turned on, even after charging. It said on a card with the watch that I should 'register' for warranty and when I went to the link they gave it was all a fraud. They redirected to a Google Forms page, but it said the link changed to a new page and when I clicked the so called 'new link', It took me back to the same link, and I was stuck in a loop. So basically you can't register for warranty. Then I tried to get the "Boltt Play App" Membership, which on the card said "Free Spotify Subscription" but it's all a scam. It also takes you to a form but now the form said the owner isn't accepting requests and I contacted them about 2 weeks ago, but still no reply. Their product is dying quickly and they won't help us though on the box and everywhere they say "Customer Service/ 1 Year Warranty" etc. I really don't recommend anyone buying from Fire Boltt bcos they don't help you. The resolution not I but almost every Fire Boltt customer needs is for the team to be active and their app and customer contact service to work atleast throughout the day. The warranty should be active from the day of purchase, and I disapprove the "registration" for warranty. Please fix these issues.
