Firebolt — Smartwatch display is broken and service center and customer care denied to repair it.

I purchased a smart watch of fire bolt company in June 2022 through online Amazon after 5 months my smart watch display is broken on warranty period when I go to service center they denied to repair my watch as well as to change the display on my cost so kindly take a look of my issue as soon as possible.
