Respected Sir/Madam,
I, Amit Kumar Sahoo, am writing to lodge a formal complaint against Fire-Boltt for their failure to provide a proper resolution regarding my order #[protected].
I initially received the product in a damaged condition, which I returned as per the company’s instructions. However, the replacement product sent to me was also defective. I returned it again, but since then, no refund or replacement has been provided.
This issue has been pending since March 2025, and despite multiple follow-ups through email and customer care, the company has not provided any satisfactory resolution. Such delay and negligence constitute deficiency in service and unfair trade practices under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
Therefore, I kindly request the Hon’ble Commission to:
Direct Fire-Boltt to issue a full refund for the said order immediately.
Award suitable compensation for the harassment, inconvenience, and loss of time caused.
Take appropriate action against the company for violation of consumer rights and non-compliance with service obligations.
