Dear Sir,
I have been purchase Fire-Boltt Quantum Luxury Stainless Steel watch as on 24.10.2023 vide invoice no.AMD[protected] but its defective received there are so many features are not working then I complain to "[protected]@fireboltt-complaint.freshdesk.com" and customer care No.[protected] they are arrange to return then they resend said watch, when I received it as on 31.12.2023 but it is not start. further I complain but now they are not positive reply. they only time pass with us, from purchase date to till date I am not using said watch, Now I have request for replacement or return with refund payment.
