I contacted Fire-Boltt support and raised a warranty complaint. On 27 February 2026, I sent all the required details including the purchase invoice and other information as requested by their support team.

I had purchased a Fire-Boltt Brillia smartwatch from Flipkart. Due to a functional issue, I raised a warranty claim through Fire-Boltt’s official support portal on 5th July 2025. My support ticket number is #4083669.

After waiting for several days, I was shocked to receive a completely different product — Fire-Boltt Maverick — as a replacement, instead of the originally purchased Brillia. This is not the product I paid for, and the replacement is, in my opinion, a downgrade in terms of both design and features.

If I had wanted the Maverick model, I would have purchased it in the first place and not spent extra money on the Brillia. I’ve already contacted Fire-Boltt support multiple times via email ([protected]@boltt.com) and tried calling[protected] but there has been no further response after their last generic email justifying the switch.

I am clearly stating my request:

1. Send the same model (Fire-Boltt Brillia) as replacement, OR

2. Take back the Maverick and issue a full refund, OR

3. If refund is not possible, at least pick up the Maverick, which I haven’t even powered on — it’s just lying unused and occupying space.

This replacement without consent amounts to unfair trade practice and violation of warranty terms. The company cannot decide on behalf of customers what is “equivalent” or “superior.”

I’ve also filed a complaint on CPGRAMS and plan to escalate through the National Consumer Helpline (NCH) and other legal forums if the issue isn’t resolved promptly.

Please look into this and take immediate corrective action.

    I purchased a Fire-Boltt Ninja Call Pro Plus Smartwatch from Amazon India (Order ID:[protected]. The product is advertised as having IP67 water resistance, which should protect it from light rain or brief exposure to water.

    However, the watch stopped working after being exposed to light rain, despite no misuse or submersion. I immediately reached out to Fire-Boltt customer support regarding the issue. They denied the replacement, stating “water damage is not covered under warranty” — which completely contradicts their own advertised feature.

    I asked for further clarification, but they have not responded since. I also tried contacting Amazon customer support, but so far, I have received no resolution or meaningful help from them either.

    This is a clear case of misleading product claims and poor customer service from both the brand (Fire-Boltt) and the seller/platform (Amazon).

    I am requesting:
    • A proper explanation from Fire-Boltt regarding the failure of a product with IP67 rating in rain.
    • A full replacement or refund for the defective smartwatch.
    • Assurance that the brand will be held accountable for advertising misleading specifications.

    I hope this issue is addressed urgently.

      I had placed an order with Fire-Boltt (Order ID:[protected] which was automatically cancelled by the company without any request or action from my side.

      I have not received my refund yet. I sent multiple emails and tried calling customer support, but there has been no valid response. No one picks up the calls either.

      I do not want the product anymore. I am only requesting my rightful refund.

      Due to this negligence and poor service, I have suffered inconvenience, time loss, and mental harassment.

      I request the concerned authorities to take action and ensure the refund is processed immediately, along with compensation for the inconvenience.

        I placed an order for Phoenix Ultra - Rainbow SS vide Order ID : #[protected] and paid an amount of ₹1412.72 after a special discount from your website site for (Discount) ₹186.28. I paid the amount upfront and I got the product at my address through Delhivery AWB No. : [protected].

        I found that the watch is not working and its not getting charged. Though initially I thought that it would get charged if i charge it...

        I ordered a Grey smartwatch, but @FireBoltt sent me a Blue one WITHOUT my consent. 🎭 Their customer service is a joke—2+ MONTHS of automated replies, fake policies, and a customer care number that’s NEVER reachable. 📵

        ⚠️ Major issues with Fire-Boltt’s service:
        ❌ Wrong product delivered – They don’t care!
        ❌ Helpline = Always busy!
        ❌ Only copy-paste automated replies!
        ❌ Fake policies to avoid accountability!

        Even after filing a National Consumer Helpline complaint (#6685804), Fire-Boltt has done NOTHING!

        @FireBoltt, if you care about your reputation, fix this NOW or face serious consequences.

          Hello Sir,

          I am frustrated now. I have waited almost one month for the replacement or repair and Firebolt has sent cheaper and smaller display watch as compared to original purchased watch. Firebolt is cheating? Let me explain the incident below.

          I have purchased FireBolt Legacy watch display size 1.43 inch and which has cost 2499 inr on the purchase bill as well as on Firebolt website. It was having display issue so because it is under warranty period, I have submitted request for the same.

          Firebolt has sent me replacement watch which has taken almost 15 days to be delivered and when I have opened it, it was FireBolt almighty watch which was the older version and having small display so I again have sent request for the same.

          Now again Firebolt has taken almost 10 days and sent me FireBolt Rock watch which is cheaper in terms of pricing and also display is of 1.3 inch which is small as compared to my original watch purchased. Also price is 1799 inr which is very low as compared to my original watch purchased (2499 inr).

          I have searched your website and I am attaching here screenshots of your products with pricing shown on your website.

          The latest version of FireBolt Legacy is may be FireBolt moon watch which is having 1.43 inch display and having almost same features as was having in FireBolt Legacy.

          If you want to send replacement watch then send me same as my watch FireBolt Legacy or send me FireBolt Moon watch.

          If you can not send then please refund my money.
          Do not send me any watch as a replacement which is cheaper than my original watch and having smaller display. Send me watch which is having same charger as having legacy watch and having display of 1.43 inch.

          I have again submitted request to replace Firebolt rock watch but surprisingly they have closed the ticket and sent me email that you have registered complaint after 24 hours of product delivery. They are liar, there is no any policy mentioned on their website and they have not sent any notification where they have informed.

          Also when I have searched, i found that they have mentioned 7 days time after replacement.

          I want my same model watch or upgraded version of same model watch. I can not expect another watch as a replacement. They are sending cheaper watch in terms of price compared to original purchased watch.

              I purchased two watches from Firebott on July 14, 2023, and October 26, 2023. Both of them stopped working after a short period. I raised a complaint on their portal on June 25, 2024, with ticket IDs 3144053 and 3144084.

              They sent a WhatsApp message stating that someone from their team would connect with me to understand the issue and provide a resolution, but to date, I have not received any calls or emails....

              Smartwatch stopped working and upon visiting service centre, asked for invoice which was not sent along with device. Upon requesting for a duplicate, seller closed the request without responding where a mechanism was available to avail duplicate invoice for such issues. Considered my request as special request and seller asked for invoice which was denied by the same seller when I lodged a pickup service available with the company. Projecting the same reason, seller rejected my complaint and grievance. My purchase was not from any 3rd party seller platform but only from sellers official company website. PFA same order copy which was only document provided by seller for my purchase. Trying to delay my request till warranty gets void. Watch is fireboltt Blizzard iconic gold with order Id[protected] on purchase date 23rd of Feb 2023 from fireboltt official website store.

                              I purchased a smartwatch on 26 03 23 and it is faulty. It is not charging. I tried to file a complaint on their site but they only sent me an email with complaint no. And suggested to visit their service center. It is a new product and hence I want a replacement or refund of my money. They are not entertaining my complaint at all .

                                    Several times I contacted fireboltt customer care to provide warranty for my watch. But they never responded me properly. Even their customer care people blocking our mobile numbers for not calling them. Every time we use to call them through different numbers. I raised complaint in fireboltt website, reply came like issue resolved. This company is not providing any warranty for any of their products selling in online.

                                      I had ordered Fireboltt 360 pro Black, and due to it's overheating I returned the watch. After a few days I expected Replacement delivery, but they said (After taking my watch) that they had no stock left and will send a coupon code of 4999 to me. I Received the code and when I entered it on the Fireboltt website the coupon code was Invalid. I asked again and again for almost 20 times now to their customer service, and all they say is they have forwarded their details to their team and will reach back to me in 24 or 48 hours. They haven't even replied to my Gmail for about 2 weeks now. And they do not have refund policy and also do not send back the watch if you send for replacement It is a pre-planned move. Be aware, the customer service is supportive but will never reach back to you. I am facing this from 1 March 2023 to now 27 March 2023 and still no reply.
                                      If i do not receive the replacement unit/Coupon code within next 2 days soon, I will file an Online Fraud Complaint at the Local police station.

                                            Delay in refund/replacement of smart watch already received fireboltt company from me on 15.02.2023.
                                            As per their email I have waited for long 7-10days. Then I have contacted customer care helpline number. They suggested me to go for voucher of my purchase amount 2999. Till now no voucher is created.
                                            I am facing a horrible trouble regarding the same. Kindly investigate the matter.

                                              Fraud company last 20 days I am calling and mailing for refund of my cancelled order but no one is answering properly. Just giving excuses every day and even they are not answering if giving a call by my registered number
