Smartwatch stopped working and upon visiting service centre, asked for invoice which was not sent along with device. Upon requesting for a duplicate, seller closed the request without responding where a mechanism was available to avail duplicate invoice for such issues. Considered my request as special request and seller asked for invoice which was denied by the same seller when I lodged a pickup service available with the company. Projecting the same reason, seller rejected my complaint and grievance. My purchase was not from any 3rd party seller platform but only from sellers official company website. PFA same order copy which was only document provided by seller for my purchase. Trying to delay my request till warranty gets void.
