First Flight Courier — Consignment not delivered even after repeated followup from past 9 days | |||
Hi, Consignment number Consignment # D991B4450464 was booked from Delhi on 23rd June 2015 to be delivered to Bangalore. Till 1st July it is sitting in Bangalore and there is no one to deliver the consignment. Called more than 40 times in past 5 days to Bangalore call center.All the personnel tells something or other(will be delivered today evening, tomorrow first thing in the morning, past noon for sure etc). Last Saturday, it was posted in First Flight's website as if someone tried delivering the courier.Total lie!No one came from First Flight and Security also did not have any visitor from First Flight. This is happening from past 5 days and it was a very important document to be submitted to bank.This will result in lots of issues for me. Another thing is, First Flight's corporate office never picks up any calls at all(sent around 7-8 mails to them already.No response from First Flight courier). 9 days already over.And, what I got to know from Bangalore call center is there is no one to deliver the courier to my place so it is not reaching! Really terrible service from First Flight .Getting all couriers from other courier service(Blue Dart, DTDC) without any issues. Was this information helpful? | |||

Hi, Consignment Number : U991M083324 was dispatched on 24th June 2016 from Patna, Bihar and on tracking its showing that it has reached to Bangalore on 26th June and dispatched for destination. Its 4th July 2016 today and have yet not received my courier. No action has been taken by the First Flight Courier Services. Kindly take possible actions and deliver it asap.

No action taken.They just keep telling that they will call me back.Never calls me back .Based on their feed back, they cannot contact the person who is holding my courier ftom past 6 days.Neither did they send anyone to collect that courier and get that delivere to me.
This caused immense mental agony and harassessment apart from business loss.
As the total loss of busuness is less than Rs 1 lakh, does this go to consumer court?
I have all the call list that shows the attempts that I made to resolve from my end.
I also have all the mails(BTW, First Flight's mail never gets any response from their corporate office as on yet.Neither the corporate phone# listed takes the call in past 6 days) that shows the intensity of impact that would be caused for not getting the courier delivered.
