[Resolved] First Flight Courier — Incomplete courier delivery | |||||
I Purchased a combo pack (Order ID: [protected], Placed On Sun, 09 Aug, 2015) from snapdeal but I was unhappy with the product and filed a return request. After getting verification for return for refund of the item’s amount along with courier charge from snapdeal I sent the item by first flight courier (Consg no-J991M3322371) on dated 21/8/2015. The courier man physically verified all the items, taken weight and mentioned the list of items (also weight) on the return pack as well as consignment receipt (proof attached). The return pack reached at the destination on 22/8/2015 and after that a call came from snapdeal that all items are not in the pack and due to this my return request has been rejected. After that snapdeal sent the return pack to me. I found two items of the combo pack missing. My complaint is that all the items of return pack were verified by courier man and listed as well on the return pack along with their weight then how is it possible?
