First Flight Courier — Not delivering my product

We have to mostly pick up the courier from the first flight office.And this time NSDL had sent my pan card on 4/12/15 and it was received by first flight courier o 7/12/15 and status has been changed to Delivered. But I haven't received.They even not informed us about the courier.Then i called them today and they told me to pickup the courier from their office.This is not the way to deal with your customers.
