My above conz no is about delivery of PAN CARD of my son YASH GUPTA at address D 30, NEW AGRA, AGRA. The address is quite correct but my the said consignment returned by your office at BHAWANA PLAZA, AGRA on 21.01.2019 with objection that address is wrong. In fact, No one from first courier visited our house. We ecieved a call from Mr Pachauri from first flight that we should recieve the courier from their office itself on 21.01.2019. When we reached there to receive, we were informed that the consignment has been returned .

We were promised by Mr Sriwastava that the same will be delivered upto 04.02.2019 by all means. But we are still to receive it.

I am of the view that it is fraud being committed by First Flight that all couriers related to NSDL are being sent back with out any delivery just by putting remark that Address is not correct.

Please look into the matter and take suitable steps under intimation to me on the seemant.[protected]@gmail.com.

I m not received my pan card . By your end. On[protected] booked my pan card in pune, and on[protected] dispatch from Pune. And[protected] arrived At Hapur branch.. but today[protected] till date I m not recieved my pan card . Please do action and I request to you please deliver my pan card at my address. My pan card was dispatched from your end through first flight couriers vide airway bill no: m991q6445184.
But while tracking at online for the status it was shown dispatched from pune hub on 28th jan 2019 and reached trichy hub on 31st jan 2019. But till now i did not receive my pan card. While contacting first flight courier, there is no proper response.
But yesterday while checking the online status, it was showing delivered. But no one in our home received.
So kindly take necessary action regarding this courier company.

Cn no. M991q6445184 booked on 28/01/2019 at pune by nsdl and it reached the trchy hub on 31/01/2019. Online status showed pending, scheduled for next day delivery but not delivered. Informed the customer care. They said, they will contact soon. Online status showed the same as mentioned above till 07/02/2019 but on 08/02/2019 the consignment delivered at 12.20 pm. No one in our family and neighbors in our street received the consignment. The delivery man didn't contact mobile for address searching, if he did't know the location but he closed the status on his own.in online status, the received person name has not been mentioned and in id proof column shows null. Please do the needful.

My parcel (Pan card) had arrived at dehradun hub on 1st february 2019 through this courier company but i hadn't received it till now. Their customer care do not respond to any query. Also their online consignment tracking service doesn't work properly.

I want this issue to be solved as soon as possible as i am about to get a job and there is urgent requirement of a physical pan card.

Consignment no. M991q6359107, which enclose the pan card has not been received yet. I have made complaint to deliver at my home address but nothing has been done yet.

I am out side the udaipur and my mother is 89 year old how she can go and collect from the office.

I am surprised that when you can not do the service properly, why not you close your company.

I am not receiving my pan card still now the expected delivery is 7th feb 2019 but i am not getting. But in status is my pan card is recieved in bachupally branch that is near to me and received date 4th feb 2019 but still it is not received to me and my consignment number is b904z0386478 and i will the customer care number that is also not working why? And when my order is receive to me?

I have submitted the parcel on 22nd january, 2019. This is to be delivered to dhanbad from bangalore. I was told that it will reach in 4 to 5 working days but it has not reached yet at the time of writing this complaint. I tried by all means but not getting any positive response. I am following on everyday to whomever i can connect but of no use. This is a gift parcel which had to reach before 2nd feb, 2019 but still has not reached. It's been 17 days but no update.in firstflight site it's showing deliver to ranchi whereas it should reach dhanbad. I am afraid if i have lost the product by handing over to such courier service.

As per company site, shipment Dispatched to Branch for Delivery from Marol Hub on 24.1.19, but not yet delivered. A mail was sent, but no revert yet. Really pathetic service that company does not care to even inform to its customer about the status. Even contact numbers given are not working/not picking up call. Shipment carry important document and expecting timely delivery, not delivered on time yet will lead financial loss..who is going to bear the loss??? I think senior management is do not care...

From past 6 days my pan card's tracking status is as given below :

My pan card was dispatched on 27th january, 2019 and delivery was expected on 6th february, 2019 but now i don't know where is my pan card currently and why first flight courier have not updated it's status.

Kindly help me out. I want my pan card urgently

Consignment no m991q6359107 has not been delivered yet. Just calling and saying to take it from office. Is it not good for first fight courier service. When i tried to contact again they are disconnecting the phone.

Above consignment is for pan card.

Have you changed your policy not to deliver the product at the address and calling to collect from office?

Kindly instruct your partner to deliver the product at home address.

I received a message on 24th jan 2019 from your side to get the courier m991q6009201 from vaishali nagar (Jaipur) but i could not reach your center for taking it. So they returned it to pan card office. It was their responsibility to deliver it to my contact address. I want to know why did you not deliver it to my
Contact address? And why did you return it back? While you can not deliver why
Do you take responsibility?

Pan card which was sent from indian govt was not delivered even though it was supposed to deliver on 21st jan.in there status tracking it was showing as the parcel was arrived at the destination on 21st jan. They are not replying in there customer care no and also to the mails. I dont u derstand why the indian govt is using this courier service when so many complaints filed against them.

First flight courier service is stopped at sambalpur since aug 2018. We have contacted your both bhubaneswar office and sambalpur office but not responded us about delivery of our item.

Hello team,

From the indian pan card department they have courier my pan card on december 27th with a consignment number b903z9787231. So i was waiting for it. And when i was tracking the status from the fist flight portal. Its showing as delivery date on 19th january. But i haven't received any courier from first flight.

So i need to file a case against the first flight for the wrong update. From past 20 days i am following it up in the mail but there is no progress from the first flight customer support team. So can you please raise a case on this and i am eligible to cliam the compensation for the same?

My consignment number is b903z9807681 and is expected to deliver by jan 28th 2019, today it is feb 4th 2019. The booking date was jan 14th 2019.

The status in https://tin.tin.nsdl.com/tan2/servlet/PanStatusTrack is shown as below:

Your pan card has been dispatched on 14-jan-2019 by first flight couriers pvt. Ltd courier vide airway bill no. B903z9807681, at the address for communication* indicated by you in the application. The pan card is expected to be delivered by 24-jan-2019.

But i did not receive it yet. The customer care number does not work. Is there any way i could go collect my package in local office in hyderabad? Please help me with this.

First flight instead of calling or messaging returned my courier to its origin. They sent message on my mobile only after sending courier to its origin and the worst part is the contact nos. Mentioned in the text message are not existing. I tried to search there contact numbers from the web they were also not existing. Then i visited their office then i came to know that they have returned the package to its origin. Has they sent message before returning the package with existing contract nos. I would have collected the package my self from their office.

I had applied for pan card which was to be delivered at my residence address as per norms. First flight courier did not deliver the same to my residence as required, rather sent a message for visit to their office or call at numbers given by them in the message. When i called those numbers, one number was not available and another one was no reply even after repeated calls. Then i had sent my brother to visit the office to inquire what is it all about?
I got to know that a letter from the income tax department has come. However, my bother asked him to hand over the letter to him or deliver the letter at home. The person started abusing my brother and said that he will return the letter to the sender only. My brother had to call the police to intervene. He got the letter only after the police came there and intervened in the matter.
Not only me, but there were many people whose letters were to be delivered at their respective addresses, but they had to come to the office for the same purpose under the same condition.

The person alleged that the house was found locked, however, my house is never locked, (Also, no note of locking of the house was mentioned on the face of the envelope). My phone number was visible from the envelop window, but i did not receive any call from them.

There is gross carelessness and non-compliance of their duties and misbehave by first flight office/staff deputed.
Serious action is sought against these people/company.

Dear sir,
We ravikumar mounesh applied fora pancard with our indian government it deportment.

We suppose to get our pancard wide your courier ref; number b903 z9665665. But it is not yet reached us. When we check with tracking it shows it is delivered like. But we didnt received anything. Kindly look in to this matter and do the needful.
