The courier company informed that the weight of my consignment (from Bangalore to Kolkata, 7 carton boxes) is 140 kgs and took 100% advance payment. While asking for picture of the boxes while weighing they sent only 2 and for the rest made excuses saying person was not in office. On receipt when I checked the weights of individual boxes, the total consignment weight was only 91 kg and they had overcharged me for almost 50 kgs which amounts to Rs. 5000 plus taxes. On informing this to the Courier company they said they will call back after checking but now they are not receiving the call.

It was my Pancard delivery from NSDL to be delivered via First Flight courier. They didn't deliver to my address but instead they call me to pick the courier. I went to their office and enquired about the home delivery. They refused and said they don't deliver Pancard to home. NSDL don't lend them the money. Now the worst part was, when they handed me the pancard they took 20/- charge as delivery fees. I don't know how NSDL give them the rights to deliver when they play these cheap tricks to loot people like us. It's kind of corruption and I don't support it atall. Please take a major action against them.

I would like to let you know that I have sent a monitor from Patna to Gurgaon having a consignment number U[protected] on dated 26/06/2020. Now the matter of concern is that the courier partner has sent my consignment by their personal means instead of sending it by flight as there is no status update available on this consignment number and the monitor display has got damaged. And when I raised for status update on the second day of my courier then they replied that it will be updated in sometime. However, has not been updated yet and they have damaged my display screen in some way and the recipient got a full damaged product and now my Company has lift a loss quote of 11200 + 18 percent GST(Trail attached).
Now you people tell me what kind of services your partner are delivering to your customer and who will pay this damage charge.
Even I would definitely file a lawsuit against your company as this is not tolerable on terms of services to the customer by a service oriented company.

Note: Quantity by weight on packaging = 14.5 kg

Booked for courier from London to Chennai.consignment number[protected] It took 45 days to reach. I am fine with this as its lockdown times ( though it reaches India before lockdown started) . Their contractor in India DTDC failed to pick up the consignment on time and charged with penalty and warehouse charges. And they asked me to pay penalty (1000) and warehouse charge(6000+)

Sir, i submitted a most urgent consignment on 07.03.20 on 12 pm. Convinced with agent that it would be
Delivered till 09.03.20 but the courier boy did'nt deliver it till 11.03.20 last hour. Refusing that office was closed on both date. But office was opened till 05.30 pm on both date when enquired on phone an agent name niraj jha [protected] also did'nt reaponded positively saying that "this is your problem".
Sir this was an urgent consignment bearing my examination form. Due to this incident i can't take the examination and lost the examination fee too.

We have started a private limited company in jaipur in may 2018 and had an agreement with first flight couriers. The agreement was done for rs. 75, 000/-. From the beginning the services of first flight was not good and later on we came to know that they have shut down their business in a day without informing any of their clients. Due to this we lost all our clients and had a loss of money. I would request to proceed wit this and provide our refund against this agreement.

I arranged for items to be released for priority shipment delivery from states to singapore since 19 april 2019 but till now the items are not received.

Throughout the duration, there is continuos demands for excess money to cleàr customs, in addition to the what is already paid for the delivery. This is largely due to the courier company's neligence to do checks and inform consignee of the required beforehand. Responses from the courier company were very slow and questions not answered. Despite the extreme slow responses, demmurage charges still can charge to the shipper.
Beware of what is being told by the courier guy as he can say one thing and turn around to mean another.

I had registered one parcel from Bhagalpur office but till date the same has not been delivered. The parcel was booked on[protected] and was mentioned that it will be delivered on[protected]. The details are as follows:

We had sent a parcel from lukcnow to amroha on 24/01/2019, however till date the parcel has not been delivered and as the company has shut down its operations, we are not able to track the consignment. The cost of he consignment is high and we do not want to take the brunt because of negligence of the courier services. Kindly help us out as we feel helpless now and there is no information on the parcel.

I booked my courier service on 24th june 2019 and i was given delivery date of 27th june 2019 docket number - u[protected]. But my courier hasn’t reached yet. I choose first flight which charges extra money compared to other courier services thinking that it will reach on time. I’m so disappointed with the service provided. It's md ashraf. I have not getting my provident fund. I worked in first flight couriers from 13 yeras. I claimed but claim is rejected so i want to know why i have not getting provident fund. My health is not well. I am suffering from fever and i haven't any other options for treatment that's why i need provident fund. I have not much money to recover my health. I am riya kumari. From Faridabad. I applied for pan card in august 2018. It has been shown that it was delivered on 26th August 2018. But i have not received it yet. I have been lodging complaints, mailing, and even calling(which are not answered) but nobody has even contacted me back. Please deliver my Pan Card on my given communication address. Full description of the incident- I have couriered original medicall bills using first flight courier on 14/3/2019 from Hyderbad(Kateden) and it
is suppose to reach to Baroda, But till today its not reach to destination and when i check in flight flight tracking record it says courier is Arrived at Baroda HUB on 16/3/2019.
Desirable resolution of your complaint ----Request you to please delivery to Baroda address as mentioned in consignment destination address

I had couriered my original bills via first flight courier service from Hyderabad Consignment # A991B4279018.
And Its been more than 2 months and till today my courier is not delivered to destination(Baroda)

Please help me to get the parcel delivery to destination or at least help me to get it back.

This is in regard to the misplace of parcel from preet vihar office of first flight
Either i want my refund or i will legally file a complaint against the company.
It was parceled from preet vihar to outran line north delhi
I have been continuously calling but have been getting no response from the company side.

I was stayed at ruby hotel, aligarh and unfortuantely i forgot my id (Voter card) over there, which was being couriered by them through first flight on 20th april 2019. I tracked the courier, and it is at lucknow first flight office for last one month, but not delivered yet. I tried to contact so many times at their corporate office, but no one is answering.
