I stay in santacruz east mumbai. I got a call from mr ravi - contact number [protected] on 24th november at 1.00 pm. He called me and said come to ganesh mandir to collect your courier - i asked him from where are you calling and what the courier is for and why i have to come.. Courier should delivery at my place. He discounted the call.
But no courier was delivered to my house. Today when i spoke to him he saying i returned the courier as you did not come to collect the courier and i will not come to delivery the courier at your place
Please can first fight help me to know do you give service of deliver at home or we have to come to your office
I have no idea what courier it was, how important it was.. I need my courier i next 48 hours or else i will file a company against you in consumer court on monday.. Then you take it from there

I send my courier from shyam courier shop, jaje kalan, shahpura, jaipur (303103) for the designation iit kharagur, kharagpur, west bengal (721302) on 21st november at 11 am.
The courier decided to reach on 24th november at iit kharagpur but i haven't received yet and i have urgent need of that courier on 25 november at my campus. I dont have any body contact number so that i keep in touch with the updates of my courier. I request you please help me to resolve this matter.

I am about to receive my vodafone refund cheque in the month of Sep-16 but till Nov-16 i haven't received any cheque. Regarding the same i contacted with vodafone and they told me that refund cheque is already deliver at my home, and receiver name is Anand Singh that means me. Than i ask vodafone for the copy of receiver sheet and they shared it with me and the courier guy write my name on the sheet as state it as a delivered. After this issue i make complaints on First Flight customer care.

After making my complaint I received a call from delivery boy who confess that the consignment still with them at ambarnath branch and all this call was recorded on my phone. Now same recording i forwarded to First Flight courier for further action but the reply is always same. All this incidence take almost 20 days but still they are saying like we are investigating on this concern.

They people dont have guts to face me that's why i am writing this mail for future if anybody interested to provide any opportunity to First Flight than please read my complaint first. Your consignment may be keep by themselves and stated that its already delivered.

Your courier service is not good. I have been trying to locate my courier since morning. The contact number which was provided at the time of courier is not working and also your regional centres customer service providers spoke very harsh when asked about the delivery. This is very insulting and not good on your part.

my first first flight FFCA AWB B903Q1370748 have received in GAYA BIHAR branch in 11th November 2016 but have not delivered till 21th November 2016 in my addresh. I have also visit in Gaya First flight couruer Branch but he is not proper respose me..

A packet was sent to a person at Kolkata through your office at cuttack bearing consignment number U[protected] dated 15.11.16. Even after 6 days it is not delivered. On tracking it shows the packet has reached Kolkata.
Kindly keep us posted about the present status.

I have booked a important letter to shilton das, mobile no:[protected], rl institute of nautical sciences, tvr nagar, aruppukkotai road, madurai-625022, tamil nadu on 14.11.16 vide courier no. J991m5240931. After searching it is learnt my letter is pending-address insufficient. Earlier all communication were done my above address. Above address is correct and sufficient. To Consumer Court,

I Booked my Courier from Meerut to Dehradun on 16th November 2016 and on 18th November 2016 it was received at Dehradun with consignment no. W991M1102158 . The Manager is saying your courier is lost. In that there were 3200 rupees which the staff took it and blaming its lost.
Help me in the best possible way you can thats why our india is getting blamed because of these people . Serious action should be taken against First Flight Couriers.

Booked first flight courier on 07-nov-2016 from bangalore to daltonganj and it should have been delivered by a week but still status show in transit.
It would be kind if you can look at it earliest and get back with actual delivery date. Please help in getting consignment delivery at earliest.

I have sent important bank documents on urgent basis to syndicate bank head office at manipal. The courier was sent from nagpur dharampeth branch on 12.11.2016. The consignor number is m991b4512719. On enquiry to your office i was informed that it's been delivered in 17.11.2016 at 4:00 p m. But syndicate bank head office at manipal did not received it. This was personally told to me by head office gm. I therefore request you to please send me the scanned copy of receipt in which sign and seal of the bank official was taken. The parcel contains very important documents.

I m a regular customer of first flight pvt ltd. Never experienced such things before. Please help me.

I sent a courier from first flight ...I have dialed around 20 numbers and no response of any ...I am unable to track my order ...what kind of service are you guys giving???? Are customers fool to you?
I am waiting for my courier since 5 days ... atleast inform customer if any delay ...Is there any one who can help me or I have to go to police ??????

I have dispatched one envelope on dated 12.11.2016 whose consignment number is p991b0449722, till now it was not delivered, latest update on tracking on website was that the door was locked, which was not true
Total 3 nos of mobile number mentioned in envelope one of sender and two of receiver, courier person not called in any mobile number,
As as back up plan i already inform to security guard of the building to collect the same after my confirmation, that also not done.
Is this quality of facility i am expecting with this nationalized courier.
My document is lost, take strict action against them. Really disgusting.
It was better that if i send the same with speed post facility of postal department which will perform better and charge less.

One of my most urgent courier which is send by transmodal marine logistics pvt. Ltd on dated 11.11.2016 docket no. Is r[protected] not deliver 17.11.2016. And courier company said to me that the docket is missing they search and delivered asap. Its not first time done by first flight courier services. Please take legal action and against this company.

Parcel booked by consignment no d991t0037603 dtd 08/08/16 to grospinz fabz ltd, muktsar. Parcel delivered without taking cod payment on 18/08/16 & we have visit to saket branch for cod payment but no response. Client has use this m/c after 10 days return & refuse to take replacement. Your mahipalpur hud mr. Sunil, mr. B nath & mr. Sukhdev singh ludhiana mgr told to resend parcel & we have again send by hand but client refuse to take new m/c replacement & your officer not helping us to cod payment. Please help otherwise we will go to consumer court.

Pathetic Service by First Flight

Please see the below series, I was expecting a courier from Hyderabad to Gurgaon which is dispatched on 02Nov and got returned back on 13 Nov. There are 2 couriers under tracking id A991B2927183 & A991B2927190. Both got returned with reason insufficient address, when the address is insufficient did they tried to reach over mobile. And when I was trying to reach the customer care there is no response on all the numbers. And even I have sent mail which they did not bother to reply which are sent to [protected]@firstflight.net", "[protected]@firstflight.net". Worst service I have ever seen.

I was supposed to get my courier worth Rs.8000 on 10th October 2016, but till now i have not received my courier. I tried to contact the reception security, but they said that they are in doubt if courier got returned back to office. I tried to contact the customer care, but no service was provided as the number was not getting connected. I am very irritated going here and there. My Loss is Unbearable now... Kindly help me to get my courier or compensation as soon as possible.

This is padmanaban. S from tata chemicals ltd. Actually we have sent one consignment from hyderanad to chennai on 07.11.2016. But still now not yet received. Already 9 working days consumed. I have called two times to first flight customer care, they are telling due to insufficient address, consignment have returned to hyderabad. During my first call on 12.11.2016 they have told consignment is returned mount road hub, chennai and the same will be reprocessed and delivered by monday. During my second call on 16.11.2016 thay are telling that consignment returned to hyderabad.

Hence complaint have raised.
