I have order and paid online a product in yepme and on 26th of July 2016 I have received a message saying CALL COURIER. At that time I called to the concerned person regarding my Couriers he said that if I need the parcel I have to come to the office today or tomorrow they will deliver it as I was going out of town I was unable to pick up the day in their office but till now I didn't receive any calls or anything regarding that Couriers but when I called yesterday they said they have to check the courier whether it is there or not but in my status on Yepme it was said that it has been delivered on 22nd so till now I am calling your person nobody answers properly, what should I have to do now.

I am Rohit i am sending a document of my company from dhanbad to asansol vied docate no. U[protected] at 29/07/2016 but since now it could not delivery at today 01/08/2016 its so delay today is 4 days but courier is not delivered

Therefore i want to say you this is totaly responsbility of your courier service that why courier is not delivered after three days

consignment not delivered till date on above address, we many time try to get a status from your bhagalpur office but they not given any status of my consignment that where they delivered my document ? even not giving any delivery receive acknowledgment that who received,
It was my medical claim, if consignment not reach on actual address on stipulated time then we claim to you of entire loss of mine,

This is delivery of courier parcel. Book i want to give examination. Company not able to deliver even locally. I don't know how they are working. Courier boy visited to the building in hurry and did not delivered my book. I am having exam on 6 aug 2016 eagerly waiting for delivery. He never called also on my contact number. Neither of your customer care number are responsive. No medium to contact. Like this your organization work? Can we complaint this in consumer court?

I had a word with the nearest first flight courier but the do not have any idea where is the packet. Now please suggest me either i take any legal action or will find it through your reply.

First flight borivali branch is keeping my courier no. B[protected] since one week, not delivering the same. I tried some numbers & talked to them 4-5 times but each one provide another no. N shift the responsilibity. No. 39557829, 28596094. Mobile no which they gave is either switched off or not pick the call no.[protected]. Dont know why people r in service industry if cant provide the same.

With due respect i would like to say that one consignment no. c991m0078712 has been booked on dated 23/07/2016 from kattankulathur office. on internet searching it has been found that this consingment has not been forwarded from chennai even after one week from booking date for which we are getting huge loss. there fore requesting you to look into this matter urgently and arrange to deliver it immediately....

I have booked a courier on 26 July 2016 from Bokarp Steel City office sector 4 and it contains a format for employment, the candidate is waiting for the same at Kolkata and panic about her future
Still not delivered on 30 July 2016.
The mental harassment is done by the First Flight Courier Service to the both side.
Please do the needful to comapansat the loss or it is subject to legal exercise at consumer court.

Income tax Department send one pan card before 2 months through First Flight Courier, the consigement number is B [protected]. The courier is at malakpet branch since last two months. the phone number of the branch is 31002943 is always switch off. when we contact the first flight courier head office on 39131219 there is no proper response. then I called on 39131226 and they informed that they informed the origin that the branch is closed and unable to deliver the consinement. later fortunately i got a number [protected], the person tells that they are in a strike and don't do delivery, again he told that there computers are not working hence they are unable to give the details. I hope that they dont know the value of PAN card, I have to file a IT return.

My First Flight consignment Number #D991B7327000 was shipped from Delhi to Muzaffarpur on 24-Jul-201616 and it is still not reached at its destination. On web tracking, it is showing consignment reached at branch location from past 3 days but not yet delivered.

Even I am unable to reach any customer service number shared on firstflight website. This consignment contains medicine for CANCER patient and it require urgent delivery.

Please help me solving this.

Dear sir i have booked adocument on 20/07/16 consignment no is u991m0851631 booked for jharsuguda from chaibasa status also not available on online and at chaibasa office and tata office no one is able to answer.
By paying such a huge amount for the document, we r not getting service than what shall we do (Is this not chitting) one more thing from last two days myshipment is laying at your office not delivered to my office as they r saying that there is no man power.

The abobe docket no is from kolkata to nagpur booke on 18th july2016. Your on line tracking showing despatch date from kolkata 0n 19th july and present status till date is"' on transit".
I am working in abg group as gen. Mgr operation and posted at nagpur. The important document is booked for faster delivery to nagpur.
The most important part is your delivery time and false on line status

I sent a parcel on 20th july 2016 from siliguri to kolkata through first flight courier but the parcel was not delivered until i contacted the courier agent in siliguri. When it was ultimately delivered on 27th july2016 it was received by the addresse in tampered condition and on opening the box later it was discovered that the item inside the box was missing. The addressee had refused to accept the parcel as it was in tampered condition but the delivery boy insisted that the addressee has to receive the parcel as he cannot take it back and he is not responsible for the parcel being tampered with. Under such circumstances i tried to contact the kolkata head office but failed to do so because none of the numbers are working. I also contacted the manager of siliguri first flight courier office (Hakimpara branch) mr. B. K singh over the phone but instead of listening to my grievance he misbehaved with me and refused to take any action regarding the missing item. Therefore let the necessary action be taken at the earliest by the concerned authority so that the missing item is retrieved and the main culprit be nabbed and punished.

I have booked a parcel from first flight on 22nd july. It is showing delivered on 25th july. But i haven't received it yet neither my landlord received it. The agency is not picking up the phone. I called the around 20 times but no one picked it. Not a single time. I wanted to ask them that whom they delivered the parcel. Its really urgent for me. Please help me.
