Hi, I was expecting a delivery from nsdl, shipment number: b991q5010223 containing my pan card. As per first flight online tracking system, it shows its already delivered, and they have not noted any id or number of the person received. Unfortunately, the show my name only a the person who has received it. I tried calling their jamshedpur regional office[protected], number never connects.
