I had sent a courier from gurgaon to bangalore on 5th may. I was assured that the courier would be delivered within a couple of days maximum. It has been more than 11 days but no response from them. When i track online, it says address issue. I had even given the contact details of the recipient but to no avail. The consignment number is o991b2880714.

Not sure whether the courier is lost or what has happened to it.

Tracking Number F[protected] was booked on 20th November 2015, the pick-up guy assured delivery within three days (23rd November 2015). But till 26th November the courier is on Transit. Very Poor Service and delivery commitment.

First Flight — Parcel Damaged while receiving.

My parcel is damaged while receiving and the delivery man says RAT spoiled the box. It happened to me on 2nd June 2015. Consignment no F[protected]. I dont think rat spoiled because i dont see any bits of waste paper inside the box..
